A very rustic and 90s diner feel. Quite refreshing compared to all the minimalist architecture restaurants in Toronto. Wooden furniture and old school ambiance. Meals are pretty affordable. The ultimate combo was just $18.
A group of 7 of us booked and went for Cranberries annual Christmas dinner (they have at least 3 sittings). The staff were attentive, helpful and engaging. The food was plentiful, home cooking, enjoyed by all. This may not be a Michelin 5 star restaurant, but they gave their all, it was excellent value for money. The only sad note was the number of last minute cancellations they had to endure (the flu has ticked up this season). One can see why many restaurants ask for credit...
Delicious food!! I came here with my wife to celebrate our anniversary. We had the french onion soup, salad, roast pork, cranberry chicken, and the sticky pudding toffee.
They also have specials on different days of the week which we will be sure to come back to try including the Monday wing night.
