Brought 6 colleagues here for dinner and drinks after work on Thursday. The atmosphere was excellent (along with the margarita towers and buckets of beer) but the food and service were truly awful. We started out waiting ~15 minutes for a server to show up to the table and take our order. We tried stopping one of the many servers that walked by us prior to that but were just straight up ignored. The nachos we ordered were brutal. The chips were brittle which made scooping any toppings nearly impossible, but worse was the vessel... The chips were in a small takeout container with toppings all over it so there was no way to eat the thing without making a mess of our hands and the table -- Not a great look in front of colleagues.
My biggest complaint though is that after many hours, $600 spent and ~$120 in tips given we'd apparently overstayed our welcome. We honestly hadn't noticed that the place closed ~30 minutes prior and was mostly cleared out. Instead of letting us know politely a couple staff got together and one of the men made rude comments, quickly escalating the situation to yelling. I get that they wanted to go home and appreciate that we should have noticed and left earlier, but to be yelled at and spoken to as rudely as we were was incredibly disrespectful. All they had to do was ask us to go and we would have. An embarrassment to the service industry and true service professionals.
If you decide to make your way here for the great view and solid atmosphere don't expect much on the service end and whatever you do, don't inconvenience the staff.

Came here on Thursday Aug.14/25 with some friends after work (around 4:00pm). We were seated quickly but then were never served. After 5-10 minutes, we walked up to the bar and got drinks there, and also asked if we could also order food with them. The bartender said we had to do that at our table with a server. At one point, there was a group of 5 or 6 servers standing around the bar and not one came over. Our hostess walked by so we asked her if she could send our server over. We saw her walk up to the group and speak to them. They looked over but did not move from the bar. After about an hour when we finished our drinks, we ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I want to say we experienced bad service...but really, there was no service at all!!

I visited RendezViews on a Wednesday and had a great time! The venue is very spacious and open, making it a perfect hangout spot on a sunny day. One of the highlights is the stunning view of the CN Tower, which adds to the lively and relaxed atmosphere.
There are plenty of fun activities to enjoy, you can play cornhole, giant Jenga, beach volleyball and pickleball. It’s a great place for groups or anyone looking for a casual outdoor vibe. When I was there, they were also showing the National Bank tennis semifinals on the big screen, which added a nice sports bar touch.
The food and drink options were solid. We ordered beers, but I noticed a good variety of colorful cocktails that looked refreshing. For food, we had the chicken wings with buffalo sauce, a bit spicy but flavourful, and the nachos topped with pork, which were delicious and filling.
To top it off, there was a surprise wrestling show that night, which made the evening feel even more unique and entertaining. It definitely added a fun twist to the night!
The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and the overall service was good. I’d recommend RendezViews for anyone looking for a fun, energetic outdoor venue in downtown Toronto. They also host parties and DJ nights on some days, so I’d love to come back and check that out too!

Came for the Love Island USA finale screening. Entry was smooth, however the service was horribly disappointing. Ordered a drink tower at the bar and the woman making it told me not to order at the bar again, to order through the server?? But a server didn’t appear at our table for another 45 mins. Once we were able to flag her down, the food & drink took over an hour to arrive. The episode also didn’t begin screening until 25 mins after when it said it would, with the episode already available to view online. The establishment would clearly benefit from utilizing more staff to handle large numbers of patrons.
Had two heavily watered down drinks. Enjoyed the view.

service sucks and they get overwhelmed by being at capacity- if you can't handle having so many tables then don't do it. over 5 hours and a server came by once... kitchen got overwhelmed and just stopped taking orders after 8pm lol so we left starving
