The overall atmosphere was great, but one server/ hostess was extremely disinterested and rude.Upon arrival we were mistaken for another group and told to go to our allotted cabin. Shortly after they came to say that it was a mistake and we were moved. This wouldn’t be an issue if we were one of several groups there, but there was only one other group there (party of 2).She also said that our group had preordered food, but this was never organized on our end or asked for as the group has multiple dietary restrictions.Once we settled and others from group arrived she had came by for drink orders and was extremely cold and disinterested. The other servers/ staff were great. We were able to look past her rudeness and have a good time, but I would not recommend this activity based on her terrible customer service.

I celebrated my 46th Birthday here and my guests and I had an absolute BLAST. The atmosphere was awesome, so much fun. We roasted marshmallows, listened to music, sang karaoke and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

Food and service were good. Great concept but the outside temp can't be too cold. The heaters in the cabins are small and don't really heat it much. On a cold day it will hard to sit and enjoy your food as it will get cold within a few minutes...on a moderately cold day this would be really

With what is offered, the experience is completely overpriced. Cabins are not warm whatsoever, and skating is almost impossible. Not to mention, the BBQ platter gave us food poisoning. ?

The whole experience is incredibly mid, but the atmosphere, views, and location are nice.

The best place to celebrate birthdays or special events! Celeste made our night extraordinary!!! She's the absolute best!!!! She arranged the entire cabin for the birthday celebration, delivered our drinks and food even during a snowstorm. The service was surprisingly super fast. The owners also joined us, adding to the fun!!! Thank you so much, and we will definitely come back!!!

The place appears nice, but that is the only consolation for their absolute lack of quality and service. The menu items were overly priced considering the food came cold and with small portions. Drinks were sub-par and definitely under-filled. The server and manager were extremely rude and arrogant. The cabin was extremely cold, there is virtually no heating and it is not sealed at all, there was snow and water dripping in. And to top it off we were refused skates because they wanted to close in an hour!! I was looking forward to a Saturday night out but that place really dampened the vibe of the night. Will be sure to never go back or recommend.

Checked out this place with a friend on a Friday night when it was snowing like crazy so there weren't a lot of people around. We had the skating rink to ourselves which was amazing. We had the Bailey's hot chocolate with the giant donut on top which was amazing. Highly recommend it!
