This place is certainly worthy of its Michelin star. The tasting menu and wine pairing was expressive of Canada's best. The wines definitely complemented the courses. The staff was all so pleasant. Highly recommend.

My husband and I came in for our anniversary, and the team truly made it a memorable evening. Our server, Jessica, was warm and attentive, and recommended a beautiful German Riesling that I thoroughly enjoyed throughout the evening. We also appreciated that both the chefs and the owner took the time to come by, serve some of the dishes, and describe them in detail. Just celebrated our 39th wedding anniversary at 20 Victoria. It was sublime.
Nothing pretentious. Very sincere hospitality. Staff know their stuff! Chris came over to chat, every server knew about each ingredient in each dish; a very pleasant change from the everyday.
We had zucchini blossoms, Nova Scotia Big Eye tuna tartare, beef tartare, and halibut. Every single bite was glorious!
We will return for the tasting menu, for sure!
