Dinner was extra tasty for some reason and our guests were really impressed with the entire experience. Still our favourite spot for reliably excellent food/service!

We experienced a very special moment here —my partner proposed to me— but unfortunately the service fell far below what such an important occasion deserved. From the moment we arrived, we were reminded multiple times that we had to leave the table by 8:30, which created unnecessary pressure. The bartender’s attitude was unpleasant, with curt responses and visible annoyance. At one point we were even told to “finish the bottle quickly” because the table was reserved, which is completely inappropriate for a restaurant at this price point.
We also tried to coordinate a small family surprise, and the response was equally rude. Considering the high cost, the food was disappointing, and the overall service overshadowed what should have been a beautiful evening.
The proposal itself was lovely, but the restaurant did not support the moment. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for a pleasant, respectful, or memorable dining experience.

Great place for a cocktail and some shareables. Staff are very friendly and they accommodated us with a last-minute request for an earlier reservation. It's not a large space but it does not feel crowded or overly noisy. 2 drinks each (wine/cocktail) plus 3-4 items from menu to share—$170.

Beautiful lit hidden gem. This beautiful restaurant is perfect for a romantic night or first date. I have visited this lovely restaurant twice, once with reservations and the last time with no reservations and both times we didn’t wait. The stuff is incredible friendly, attentive and warm. The warm cozy and relaxing ambience makes you want to return again. Their signature drinks are delicious, as well as their steaks cooked to perfection. Even my mouth waters remembering how amazing is their food. It is not a large restaurant but rather a more intimate restaurant with romantic ambience and great tasting food

Service terrible. Rude staff. It took us over an hour to get our food, 25 minutes to get my latte. We were also there with a newborn baby and toddler, you’d think they’d want to get us out.
My toddler was super well behaved which was great, but the waiter took our orders (four of us) and didn’t even acknowledge my daughter. Normally, they’d ask what she wants to eat or drink.
Short rib grilled cheese was literally black and burnt. It hurt my mouth to eat and when we asked to send it back they said they were all out of it. We then proceeded to watch multiple more of them get brought out to tables.
We watched every table that sat down after us leave before us. The waiter def forgot to put our order in. It took forever.
And they didn’t comp the burnt grilled cheese. So bad and wouldn’t go again.
No apologies were made at all in any way by staff and we were super nice about it.
Always a great time, no complaints. Service is amazing , drinks are amazing. Everything is perfect with Reyna

Rena on King is truly a great place to dine at for any occasion. This restaurant can easily become a favorite spot for a weekly visit. The vide of the restaurant is second to none. You find yourself so relaxed listening to the music playing in the background and enjoying the decor. That you realize you’re talking to yourself softly saying, you don’t ever want to leave. As for the service, we were treated really good. We were always attended to promptly, and we even shared some good laughs with the waitress & waiter. We ordered quite a few things from the menu and everything was out of this world. That’s one thing about a Tapa style restaurant, you can order so many things from the menu that peak your interest.
Falafel bites- Nicely served crispy balls with tzatziki sauce
Lamb chop- seasoned perfectly and the spread that came with it complimented the dish perfectly
Lamb baklava- deliciously pack with lamb, and the sauce on top was unique. It had a little sweetness to it, but it fit the dish quite well
Lebanese tacos- DE-LIC-IOUS….easily one of the best chicken tacos I have ever had
Shawarma platter- this is the biggest entree on the menu. The half order could easily feed two people. This dish was really good. The chicken seasoned perfectly, along with the Turkish salsa, tzatziki, flatbread, tabouli, along with other sides in this entree. Is a must order.

Buzzy little spot that gets the job done. Nice interior, good bar menu, excellent food, and at a reasonable price.

I have eaten here twice, and both times were lovely. They have a great collection of craft cocktails and small plates. Everything I've tried is delicious -delicately seasoned, perfectly cooked, ideal portions for sharing. The decor is light, fresh, and romantic, but the quiet music and the dense canopy of (faux) greenery hanging from the ceiling adds a touch of dark dream. Tristina, our server, was amazing - warm, cheerful, attentive. Her timing of drinks and dishes was perfect. She overheard things we mentioned - that it was my birthday, that I loved the passionfruit pearls in my cocktail, and used those things to make the dinner extra special.
