I am compelled to share my recent experience at the restaurant, which was both shocking and disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the restaurant completely empty, yet our request for a larger table was flatly refused by Danielle. The refusal was not only surprising given the lack of patrons but also delivered in a manner that I found to be unnecessarily rude and aggressive. Such behavior is unacceptable in any service industry, especially in hospitality where the comfort and satisfaction of customers should be paramount. This experience has left a sour taste, and despite my previous positive encounters, I am now reluctant to return. It's a shame that a single interaction can drastically change a customer's perception, but it underscores the importance of respectful and accommodating service at all times. I hope this feedback is taken seriously as an opportunity for improvement. Customer service is as crucial as the quality of food in ensuring guests leave with a positive impression, eager to return.

I was in Toronto for the first time studying in november 2023, My teacher Daniel show me Ricarda's coffee and since that day I took almost everyday a latte with vanilla shot made by Vanessa! that breakfast sandwich is really good too. That is one of my best remembrances of Toronto and hope someday come back there to drink more lattes! Thank for the amazing experience Vanessa!!Cheers from Brazil!

A wonderful buffet brunch and the quality of food excellent. I would highly recommend making a reservation!! Lobster tails, bacon wrapped scallops and oysters. And for those that like typical brunch there's custom omelets, bacon, sausages and even crepes. There was a big mixup with our reservation and the manager was exceptionally responsive in rectifying it and made a grand gestures to our party of 8. Great customer service, thanks Daniele. Lots of fun with ski shots, DJ and saxophone player. My only suggestion would be to lower the music so that people can talk to each other without yelling. Seems to be an issue in a lot of establishments.

What an excellent lunch experience at Ricarda’s. This is a gorgeous restaurant, lovely staff and delicious food. I had the frisee salad, truffle fries and a latte - all was so delicious. I definitely recommend Ricarda’s. Great service, a fantastic spot.

I go here so often. This is literally my favourite brunch spot & my boyfriends as well ♥️♥️ — the food is always fresh and delicious and the service is always excellent. My go to is the eggs Benny Florentine and my boyfriend loves the beef short rib hash. The fruit bowl is a must!

Ricarda’s Apres-Ski Sunday brunch is simply fantastic! The variety of options and the quality of the food are exceptional. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the staff always provides top-notch service.Special Kudos to Chef Julien, Dan and team.It's the perfect place to enjoy a delicious and satisfying brunch in Toronto. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

I had high expectations for this place being it's 80 pp for the brunch. I wasn't aware that you had to serve yourself. The options were pretty good but delicious. It wasn't busy at all yet it was difficult getting the servers attention. There were several staff in the kitchen yet somehow the majority of the sections had no one there to serve the food and you just stood there waiting for absolutely no reason. Saw what looked like management talking and noticing but no one actually helping. When paying, the minimal tip option is 18% which is kind of ridiculous being that you're doing everything yourself and you barely see the server. So I changed it to 15% and the server had the audacity to give my friend and I dirty looks but thanked my other friend notificably loud because she gave her 18 (purely out of pressure). Overall experience, I wouldn't return solely due to the customer service.
