The baked goods here are spectacular, every time. From probably the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever had to their amazing quiche tart to loaves of every kind of bread you can imagine, the flavors and textures are exactly right. All this available in a cool Sam James coffee bar where you can also get amazing coffee drinks. Fun to watch them making all the goodies behind tall glass walls while you enjoy your treats.

Quick stop post graveyard shift. Latte tasted fantastic, ended up buying beans. Almond croissant was made fresh. Purchased two kinds of sourdough to try. Staff was friendly.

Croissants does not taste like the original ones, they are more like bread, with almost no chocolate in the middle. “French people do not get croissants from this place, you will be disappointed”.
Danish was super dry and bitter, not fresh.
Cookies were super salty, unable to eat them.
Customer service deficient.

Their spelt cinnamon swirl is beyond. I also like to buy several of their gorgeous holiday cookie boxes as “gifts” and then skip the whole gift-giving part.
This bread is too good. Evil!
Likely the best loaves of bread in the city, the seeded sourdough is awesome. The stuffed croissants are delicious, they rotate flavours, grape jam and peanut butter is awesome!
This bakery has the best bread and pastries. I highly recommended it♥️
Very friendly and neighbourly bakery with windows to watch the staff make their bread fresh! The selection is standard, but good for a treat every now and then.
came by yesterday but they were sold out by early afternoon ..? went today.. person serving couldn’t tell me which seeds were on the seeded loaf. charge 13.50 for a loaf of bread and can’t slice it? also no bag provided to store it.. lame

This bread has absolutely Stollen my heart, each bite hitting my taste buds with an unmistakably festive flavour and an indulgent dose of marzipan within. Spiced with a warming dose of cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger, it harmonizes with the burst of sweetness of the marzipan, dried fruit, rum, vanilla and candied orange peel. Contrasted with the nutty crunch of roasted almonds, it's somehow completed with a thick crust of powdered sugar that will make it difficult you sneak a bite when no one's looking (you'll do it anyways). Even if Stollen is not in season, swing by to grab any one of their bakery items, as they've got their croissant game down. A buttery bite, flaky exterior and a delicately airy structure inside makes it the quintessential croissant every French person seeks.
Delicious food. They sell out fast.
Try the ‘staff favourite cookie’ WOWZERS
The hand pie is absolutely delicious, I only ended up having half of it because my sister had a bite and almost refused to give it back. I wish they had another location in Toronto but I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in the area.
Pastries are fantastic but can’t say the same for their expensive coffee drinks. I never base my opinion on one time experiences so this review is the summery of multiple encounters.
Being a barista myself, I was disappointed to see the gap between price and quality. The milk is not steamed and frothed properly making the drink lukewarm when served and the foam very thin even for drinks such as the $5 cappuccino I’ve ordered this morning. I won’t be coming back but hope this feedback helps.
