I just want to google in order to phone for the most famous Beal sandwich on North America and I saw this unfair and totally lie review. I was there with my wife on Friday evening and it wasn’t really busy because of the long weekend so I remember everything about it, my family and I are coming to Rocco’s since day one, when he opened, we have so many great memories and celebrations over 36 years +. I had the seafood linguine in tomato sauce and it was outstanding super fresh and tasty, my wife had the rigatoni vegetables and it was also great, it’s not a secret for everyone who visit Rocco’s knows that they make there tomato sauce fresh from fresh tomatoes everyday, so if my pasta wasn’t salty how his was?, also i didn’t hear him mentioning anything about it to the server, so many times I have to purchase there sauce cuz the wife requested, Rocco is well know for his high standards on food quality, freshness, quantity and also great prices. They were there for 4 hours literally and I saw the server going to the table with hot water to refill their waters several times and they told her that they were going to be doing some paperwork, and they didn’t want to be bothered. It’s true that they have to fix the stairs but the washrooms did not smell bad at all, they were clean and had all the extras also the lady’s restrooms has a hand cream too, my wife was amazed by the fact. Hopefully Rocco’s will stay around for many more years, so we can continue enjoying great Italian dinners, and there homemade tiramisu is the best no doubt!!!! Cheers

For the 4th and final time we ordered food last week. For pick up. For the 4th and final time it was good food (risotto is very good) and reasonably priced. But for the 4th and final time, when we arrived for pick up 40 mins after we placed the order, none of it had been cooked. Not even started. We waited another 20 mins for it to be cooked. Without a single apology. There was a thanks for our patience. But no apology, no reason and no attempted compensation. This is the 4th time this has happened to us at this place. And the last.

A nice small Italian restaurant. We tried many Italian restaurants before in Etobicoke area. In our personal benchmarking this restaurant is on place number 2. The prices are fair, the waitress was very nice and the food was really tasty. It was a nice evening.

I don’t know the name of the guy but he is kinda old not that old and he so damn rude to the customers and to the staff.
No sympathy not even in front of the customers.

You won’t find a better veal sandwich in the city, maybe even the whole country. The service is fantastic. They treat you like family very polite. Food is always fresh.

Old school restaurant with homey tasty food, generous portions, great service and very reasonable prices. The bruschetta was amazing - the tomatoes were so flavourful. Chicken parm was tasty and huge portion. Our server Roxanne was very friendly and attentive.
Excellent food and staff. Great vegan options for my wife. One of the best Italian places in Toronto. Not pretentious either. Can't recommend more.

In Toronto on vacation and I had to order a veal sandwich from Rocco's (Uber Eats). I used to get one for lunch on payday when I worked at the Ontario Food Terminal in the late 90's. It is EXACTLY as I remembered! So good!

No doubt this place has the word of mouth, but the take out area needs some TLC. I mean, the debit machine had crud all over it, the hand sanitizer nozzle was so caked up it was yellow, the floors are falling apart, the walls are dirty, the pizza ovens look like they have never been cleaned. I could go on. It seems like no one cleans the place on a regular schedule. Whats wrong within the ownership and management that they find the state of the place presentable? They need to renovate. I will not return. My food tasted like their restaurant looked...and they sold me a piece of pizza that was old and burnt. If my hangry daughter didn't eat it I would have taken it back.
