Rock'n Deli at Shops at Don Mills has permanently closed. Its retail space is now occupied by Pablo's Coffee House.

It was way too cold inside, we couldn't take off our jackets. It's difficult to enjoy the food in such a condition.

Went there for the 1st and last time. We love deli sandwiches so we have an expectation but even without experience, you'd think it was awful. Here is why, the bread was old! How can you make a deli sandwich with old bread!!!! The gravy for my fries smelled like it was burnt...very odd. Service was slow but it there was only one person so I get that but him missed items...ie forgot to give coleslaw which was part of the combo meal etc. Anyway, sorry but I'd never go back...try Wolfies or Center Street Deli! Hope this helps.

This restaurant has a order delivery button that appears when you click on their name in Google. I ordered from the button that is linked to a site called ritual. I ordering and never received my order but money was taken from my credit card. I called rockn deli and no one can give my answers. Be wary when ordering from this restaurant online. Its very fishy

First time coming here, got the Philly Cheesesteak with Curly Fries. Food was alright, the sauce carried the sandwich, but nothing too special. Felt just a tier higher than a Subway Philly cheesesteak. Curly fries were slightly cold, despite eating right after it was served. Staff was nice, but food took about 20 minutes for a take out order on a weekday at 2 PM. For the price range, better off going somewhere else in the area.

Catered the smoke meat sandwiches + salads for a work lunch. Was thoroughly impressed with the quality and taste of food. Definitely recommend to all.

I ordered the smoked meat combo and I was not impressed. If you're expecting Montreal style smoked meat this is not the place. It wasn't buttery soft, melt in your mouth smoked meat. The look, texture and taste was more of a deli meat you would find at a supermarket. I sat down and could see them making my sandwich, they were shaving the meat and weighing it to ensure they had the right amount. Now I understand that you want to give people the advertised amount but they took it too far, as I saw him take off just a tiny piece to get it just right, not a big deal but it makes them seem cheap. The best part of my meal was the fries, it's the one thing they do right. They were not too thin or thick and they were perfectly crispy. If you're looking for smoked meat this is not the place, if I happen to try anything else I will let you know.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's accessible.

Chicken club I had to send back - just gross - then they gave me a replacement smoked meat sandwich- drenched in mustard- meat was ok - the Pepsi was even flat. Nice lady that worked there though.

14 bucks tax included for a small Montreal Smoked meat sandwich on small rye bread.Did I say the price? 14 bucks for a small sandwich with mustard.Nothing special. Service is slow. 14 bucks. The have other specialty sandwiches you may want to try.

Ordered the medium sized Montreal smoked meat sandwich today. Only 1 couple dining in the restaurant and this was at about 12 noon. For just shy of $20 this was underwhelming. It appears that portion sizes have definitely gotten smaller. I experienced this with the poutine a few months ago. Service was very slow and seemed disorganized. The sandwich was only average. The meat was stacked in the middle to make it look bountiful but was bare at the edges. We won’t be back.

My wife and I enjoyed their food. Fries were so crunchy and the servings are huge. The owner and staff are so nice and he even gave us churros for free. We’ll definitely come back here for sure! ? Kudos for everyone working at Rock N’ Deli - Don Mills

Had the Montreal Smoked Meat and the Royal Burger and it was pretty good, although the sandwich was a little overpriced. Workers forgot our root beer and when reminded only filled it half way.The reason this rating is a 2 is because of how long it took to serve our food. I went here on a Tuesday night at 7:45, and we waited nearly 25 minutes for our food. The place wasn't busy, there was only one group of 3 who came before us that ordered food (who got their food the same time as us, so they waited for longer). A 25 minute wait time is close to unnaceptable in a restaurant, it's beyond bad in a deli that's not busy at all. I can't imagine how bad it is on a day when there are other customers.I would've gone to this place again because the burger was REALLY good, but because of the wait I won't give this place a second chance.

I’ve had better smoked meat. Ambiance wasn’t right. Service was really nice. But not worth the drive for the so called Montreal style smoked meat. Nothing like the real thing. Poutine was awful. First got watered down gravy. Then got salty thick gravy. He was nice, remade it. But I was really looking forward to this. And it wasn’t it. Won’t be coming back.
