Came here with my girlfriend for valentine’s day. Not my first time at brazillian steakhouse but my first time here. The food was good and the atmosphere was nice but it was by far the worst service i’ve ever received at a restaurant in my life. I thought the guy serving us was the owner but when I asked him he said he wasn’t. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. He also put a 40% tip on our bill before we even got our pineapple at the end. I was shocked. 40% for a 2 person table ? For the amount I paid I would’ve preferred the keg or some other steak house to be honest. Watch out to not get robbed if your coming to dine here

First off, Please choose copa or touro over this place ? Brought my wife here for valentines because we wanted to try a new brazilian steakhouse & we were super disappointed, we got seated and took 10 mins for a server to even come by & offer us water/drinks!The salad & pasta bar in the middle was filled with cold foods & what taste like food that’s been out for 2 days it was horrible, the meats actually weren’t the worst but some tasted dry and compared to copa they were taking way longer to come around with meats for a smaller restaurant. The drinks were decent nothing special.. Music was so loud I couldn’t even talk to my wife without her and i repeating ourselves. For the price ( $290 for 2 with drinks ) It was not worth it and I was super disappointed in their efforts to even make it enjoyable, You would think they would try extra hard to please the customers on valentine’s day lol.. It got to the point where my wife literally said “ let’s go grab mcdonald’s “ ??? If you want a good and safe steakhouse stick to copacobbana because this is on my ban list. Never again

While the food and live music were commendable, earning a solid 8/10 rating, our evening was marred by the unacceptable behavior of our server.Throughout the evening, our Serbian, white male server (whose name we couldn't ascertain as he barely engaged in conversation with us) made us feel unwelcome and marginalized. From the moment we were seated, he displayed overt hostility, belittling us for asking questions about the menu and providing condescending responses. This treatment stood in stark contrast to his courteous and informative interactions with other tables nearby, leading us to conclude that we were being discriminated against. Moreover, our server repeatedly ignored our needs, choosing to attend to neighboring tables while neglecting ours. For instance, he would refill the glasses of adjacent tables while ours remained empty, despite our attempts to catch his attention. As a couple who have never before felt compelled to leave a negative review, we were deeply troubled by the targeted discrimination we experienced. We can only surmise that our race was the basis for this mistreatment, as no other explanation seems plausible. In summary, while the establishment itself may have merits, the appalling behavior of our server overshadowed any positive aspects of our visit. We hope that management takes swift and decisive action to address issues of discrimination within their staff, as no patron should ever be made to feel unwelcome or targeted based on their race.

I wanted this place to be better but I’m sad to say at best its mid, and at worst it’s downright bad (considering the price). Compared to the old copacabana downtown, or brasa in Niagara Falls, it really doesn’t compare favourably. The meat quality is really inconsistent. Some cuts are cooked really well and seasoned, others are dry and flavourless. How they cut the meat is also inconsistent. Sometimes they’ll give you a nice cut that’s not too thick and isn’t an end piece, other times you’ll just get a chunk of meat that’s the size of a small roast. The server’s aren’t trained to cut meat properly. Frankly it looks like they hired kids to do it; at least on a weekday. The way the bring out the meat is also pretty sporadic. Servers aren’t walking the floor at all times; they come out in set intervals and disappear the rest of the time. These aren’t practices designed to give the customer a good experience, it’s very obvious they’re designed to cut costs.Decor wise, the restaurant really shows its age. There’s some odd smells in the building, which doesn’t seem really fit for a restaurant. This isn’t exactly a nice part of Toronto, so it’s at least understandable. The part that annoyed me the most was that they added a mandatory tip where you weren’t allowed to indicate the percentage. I don’t recall the exact number but it was around 20% or more. If you’re going to help yourself to an unreasonable tip at the customers expense, then earn the damn tip. Don’t use ‘because it’s winterlicious’ as the reason. Don’t give me a limited menu and then tip yourself excessively to make up for it, when you can’t even deliver service that reflects the tip. Frankly, this restaurant should be banned from being able to participate in winterlicious in the future if this is what they do.

Great food, great atmosphere (all you can eat meat, a show+live music) and amazing fresh food.. you just can’t go wrong. Service was great, it is quite loud in there so it’s hard to hear at times that the band is playing, but it’s still such a fun vibe! Went for the unadvertised halal options and loved every single thing they had to offer! The salad bar was great, they gave us a chimichuri sauce with our food and it was sooo delicious. We celebrated my brothers birthday and they came out singing happy birthday and brought him a cake. It was great! Highly recommend :) call and ask about their halal options!

Recently, I had the opportunity to dine at Rodeo, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the service provided by the owner of the establishment. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted with an obvious lack of courtesy on the part of the owner. I do not recommend.

Disappointed with the place and the treatment of the owner. Super rude. I don't recommend it, it's not worth the price.

The Winterlicious Menu is a reduced menu, no lamb and certain cuts of beef were not included. A high tip is automatically included as part of Winterlicious bill which came out to over $29 for the two of us. I don't believe it's a good value during Winterlicious and the atmosphere is loud during the shows.

We had the winterlicious menu that evening. The appetizer area was well stocked with fresh tasting foods. Very pleasing starter. The main meal meats were good and the servers were pleasant to interact with. The live music and dancer completed the Atmosphere perfectly! The best part is tasting the fresh grilled pineapple!

Went to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful evening. We got the $65 winterlicious reduced menu (no lamb), but were very satisfiedI really enjoyed the appetizer and salad bar. I think that their quality is quite good and this differentiates it from other Brazilian steakhouses. The parmesan wheel, smoked salmon, and avocado salad were notable. The meats are delicious. We especially enjoyed the picanha (who doesn't?), the pineapple, parmesan filet mignon (so tender), and the parmesan pork loin. A couple things to note - a couple of the initial cuts were very salty ( probably because they were the surface pieces and had just left the grill), the New York striploin was cooked to done, and the pork ribs were dry.We went on a Thursday (no live entertainment), but the vibes were great and ambiance was wonderful nonetheless.Service is commendable here. Staff are very pleasant and even surprised us with a slice of cheesecake + happy birthday (thank you).
