Great place to meet up with friends or have a coffee solo. The staff were super nice and added to the vibe of the place.

Coffee was good and came in a nice cup. Cookies were delicious.

Super cute cafe with amazing bagels! I recommend the honey garlic - it’s perfect. Staff is also very sweet.

Stopped by on a whim to order a hot drink. I ended up with a matcha latte and a chocolate pistachio cookie. They really know what they’re doing here! Super impressed with the quality of the beverage and food.
I wasn’t expecting the cookie to be soft and not too sweet (big compliment to the baker). It was actually a Dubai chocolate style cookie with pistachio cream and knaffeh, with a layer of dark chocolate on top.

I've been here a few times now and I LOVE their macarons, Basque cheesecake and cake slices. Sweetness and flavours are very balanced. The bagel sandwiches are delightful and filling. Service has always been friendly. And it's in the West end? Love it.

I'm obsessseddddd with their honey garlic bagels and cream cheese. My friend from out of town has to stop there with us when she visits.

I ordered some macarons for my best friend’s birthday and they decorated them so well for me! The staff are very friendly and the owner is very accommodating. I’ve had Rois Cream macarons a couple of times before and their macarons are so good. I love Korean style macarons. I know I’m going to be a regular.

Pros: Food was great overall. The bagels were fresh, dense and just the right amount of crunch on the outside. The coffee was great too and they have milk options.

Cons: My partner is lactose intolerant and currently pregnant, so there were no other filling options for her unfortunately. She went with a bagel and cream cheese but could not have the smoked salmon or any deli meats as a filling in the bagel. They didn't even include egg in them so that was an area I think they could consider improving. Not a major negative though.

Overall, it's a great place and the food is amazing! Definitely hit it up for breakfast.

Rois Cream is a very special place to me. It is one of my favourite places to pop in for a coffee, a bagel, and maybe a sweet treat if the bagel hasn't filled me up. Their drinks are wonderfully made, and they have milk alternatives. The bagels here are TOP NOTCH. Get the honey garlic bagel with the cream cheese of your choice, so so good. I can also confidently say I've tried almost every macaron flavour here, and they genuinely have the best macarons. I always get a macaron to go. Their cakes are also very yummy, such as the strawberry slice. The service here is terrific. Thank you for going above and beyond for a repeat customer.

Best $90 ever spent on bagels and cream cheese. Chewy and soft dough that's not a dense brick of carbs - absolute best.

If you want savory, try jalapeño cheese bagel with sun-dried tomato cream cheese.
If you want to try a Korean take on garlic bread (they're known to take a sweet spin on usually savory foods), try the honey garlic bagel. It's now my favourite and I took half-dozen home.

Make sure to go early because both of the above were sold out by 1pm...

I went twice and the ladies there were very sweet and pleasant both times.

Vibe is very cozy and relaxing with the smell of coffee, bagel, cream cheese and coffee filling the space.

The only downside for me is that it's 50mins from the downtown core. Hope you get a franchise soon or deliver with a minimum spending limit!

Cute cafe, but the food was just okay. I was expecting better for how great the reviews are, but the bagels were a little doughy. The basil cream cheese was delicious though! I will be back.
