I've been a regular customer for years but I've been disappointed with portions the last few times. Today, I asked for red peppers in my build your own poke bowl and the lady gave me just 2 pieces. I had to ask if she could give me more, to which she hesitantly gave me 2 more. On top of that, I paid $1.50 extra for crab salad and she didn't even give me any. The staff need to stop being so obviously stingy with the toppings and they need to check what premium toppings were paid for when making the bowls/burritos. Or they should go back to the old way of charging customers AFTER the bowl has been made.

Lovely place! Really good! Low calorie and decent price! Definitely full. Will be coming back!

I’m a regular customer here, and this has to be one of the best customer services experiences I’ve ever had. I am always greeted at the door, and I never wait more than 5 minutes for my food. The food is also excellent. Ferzana and Nishma give me great service every time.

Today I was served by the sweetest employee ! I didn’t take an image because I was expecting to dig into my food and leave, but I ordered a classic salmon bowl (salad, with kale). Compared to other Rolltation locations I’ve been to and the various other menu items I’ve tried, I can confidently say this was the best I’ve had. Not to mention such a positive attitude from the worker compared to other locations. Fresh, appropriately filled, and delicious. Thank you for the experience today Rabeya. You are an asset! I will be visiting again.

Umami salmon sushi burrito was delicious fresh! The environment was comfy, welcoming and most importantly clean. Staff were friendly and had great customer service. Shout out to Farzana and Cindy, thanks for tasty food and an awesome experience!
