Nice cuz it has couches. Latte is okay.
Great coffee really enjoyed the latte.
Basic but nice food options.
Good atmosphere friendly staff..
I politely asked if I could use the bathroom and the attendant was very rude. He asked me if I was purchasing anything? I said no sir. He told me if I don't buy anything I can't use the bathroom. If a man needs to pee let him pee. I'll never purchase anything at this place ever again. It's the little things that count and this just lost my business.
It’s a cute cafe in the neighborhood, prices are decent. The decaf iced latte was good, the chocolate croissant could have been better. Good music, you’ll see people working / reading too so decent spot to come solo or with a friend.
My son lives in a condo nearby Rooster Coffee House, so it was a logical place to meet up. I’d never been before so when my wife and I met up with him, we were more than pleasantly surprised. A laid back vibe and cool decor. Baristas without attitude served us with smiles and efficiency. Besides the great coffee, my wife and I could not resist the look of their baked goods and both decided on cinnamon raisin buns - wow - fresh and delish! A lazy Sunday afternoon and the place was full, but not in a bad way - still plenty of space to bring your laptop and get work done or hear your own conversation. A great find for us! We give it 2 coffee thumbs up! ☕️👍🏻👍🏻
Matcha Latte was really good, they use hokusan tea and a good amount of matches so it's not watery. Just look how bright and green it is!
Atmosphere is very cozy but they don't have a lot of seating, especially on the weekends.
Great atmosphere and coffee / food options. Plenty of space to sit and chat with a friend. They’ve also got a bike share station right out front which makes it super accessible. This doesn’t beat the rooster coffee across from riverdale park though. Go check that one out for a real treat.
Love this place. A cozy neighborhood coffee spot that's open early, serves nice coffee, and has a beautiful and large display of tasty bakery treats. I solidly recommend it!
The cafe has vegan wraps and bowls and some super baked goods. The coffee is great, especially in oat milk.
The male staff with glasses had a extremely
terrible attitude. No one wants to be treated like that early in the morning. I visit at least once or twice a week, and today's drink also happened to be especially watered down.

This place has a serious service problem and a less serious decor problem. First, service: there are two ladies that operate the till that are a combination of at best indifferent, and at worst rude, cold, and selectively friendly. One is the short-haired white lady with the glasses. She could be seeing you literally every day but would greet you with the same coldness, one-word replies, and brevity she would with a first-time customer. The whole point of a neighborhood coffee shop is develop a connection to the place, and part of that is the staff recognizing the usual faces and getting to know their names and usual orders. The staff at this coffee shop are unlike any baristas I’ve ever seen in that they never recognize as having seen you before. Absurd. They wouldn’t even ask how you’re doing or how your day’s been. Anyway, the other culprit is the taller blond girl.
The decor suffers from neglect. First off, there’s that low fridge that’s empty and just sitting idle to the right of the big fridge. Then there is the lighting. On what could be a perfectly sunny day, this place would still require all the lights to be on from the morning - otherwise it would feel too dark. Anyway, someone at this location taking some ownership or responsibility to mix up the layout of the furniture every once in a while wouldn’t be a bad idea, but I don’t expect much of what seems to be a disinterested demotivated staff. The staff seem too comfortable in their jobs.
To the owners: please train your staff, ask them to improve their attitude toward customers, otherwise, replace them.

Consistently fresh coffee and delicious baked goods!

Skip this place if you want coffee. Drinks are heavy watered down, expensive and expect rude service from the short haired lady always at the cash.

I hate leaving bad reviews but my first time at this location was a terrible start to my morning.
It’s a lovely space, but the service was poor. I understand the fast paced nature especially during mornings. But the girl with the long blonde hair was extremely rude and condescending while taking my order when I was asking for clarification about a drink. Her attitude made me feel like I was a pest.
My drink was made so well but I will not be coming back nor recommending this spot to anyone. I did not feel welcomed in this space.
Aim to practice a little more patience. How I was spoken to right from the jump was very unnecessary.
