As many of the lower star reviews mentioned, the service here needs A LOT of work! Staff is friendly, yet none of them seemed to have the proper problem-solving customer service skills. If you’d ask me, the appetizers were worth trying only if youre in the area but no food was worth the service you get. For that reason alone, i do NOT recommend!I went in a group of 4, we got 3 appetizers(the chicharron, caesar salad and the fried burrata) all were good choices. The appetizers took about 20-25 mins to come out. First impression took a toll considering it wasn’t super busy.Now the worst part, it took over an HOUR to get our mains, by the time they came out, the steaks were cold, cooked wrong and we were full from our appetizers because we waited so long.3/4 of my group is in the hospitality industry and understands the complications but it was only when we noticed a table of 8 that came after us, got their food first, did we then pull our server over and ask for our food. From what i understand, she told us that they mixed up our food with theirs, gave them our food(?) therefore delaying ours. When we finally got our food, one of my guests medium-well steak was RARE. You could tell they rushed to push it out, just for the sake of having food on the table.We would’ve understood had our server or a manager came to us, explain what happened and apologized, yet no one did until we pulled over the server, after they all were ignoring our table to avoid confrontation.All the mains were nothing special, nothing worth going for(we picked from the main section). Our server ended up offering complimentary churros which was nice, but again we were too full to eat our mains because of the wait so to offer dessert over anything else was a little disappointing. regardless, we took it to go, still tipped and offered constructive criticism and even then the server still continued to make (what seemed like) excuses that they had many “trainees.”p.s. if you do decide to go, theres a male server(i hope, he might be a server assistant) with long brown hair, he was very friendly and worked with a smile. If he’s a server, try to ask for him!

Hands down one of the best restaurants I have been to in awhile and so grateful they are in the area. A great addition to corso italia. Great vibe. Good music. AMAZING FOOD. And our server Isabella was sweet, fun and helpful. Definitely coming back again, and again...

I was very excited to try this place, but was left disappointed. The place is really nice inside, however the food is not so great. I found the burger to be smelly and not fresh. The apps came within 5 minutes of ordering which were questionable as well and did not taste good. Do not recommend as there are many better places on St Clair and in the City!!

New little spot in the neighborhood and I'm so happy we tried it out.The restaurant is beautiful and well decorated, and the service was great with smiles and suggestive selling.I was very happy with the food other than the extremely hard empanada (the table next to us also commedlbted that it was very hard as well).The tacos were amazing and the cocktails were fantastic.looking forward to coming in again.

Food was amazing and so was our service. One suggestion would be to put pineapple on top of the taco of the Al Pastor. When getting two orders of tacos there was 1 or 2 small pieces of pineapple at the bottom of the taco, you couldn’t taste the pineapple at all

It’s been several days and I’m still thinking about the coconut shrimp tacos. UNREALLLLLLLLL. The birria tacos - also amazing. The deep fried burrata - are you kidding me *drooling*!! Already planning my next visit. Also, Geisel (I hope I’m remembering her name right) was sooo sweet and makes a mean jalapeño margarita.
This was honestly the best restaurant I have ever been in. It was spectacular. Food was mouthwatering. It was exquisite in every way. It had me licking the plate.

Do yourself a favor and visit Rosa’s. Service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths. The atmosphere is amazing with great music. Highly recommend the spicy margarita, platano con queso & Rosa’s platter. Can’t wait to come back with friends.
