I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible—the waitresses were inattentive and acted as if they were doing us a favor just by taking our order. Their attitude came across as selfish and unprofessional. On top of that, the prices were completely unreasonable for the quality of food and service provided. Definitely not worth the money or the frustration. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

My family of 15 people ordered food from different restaurants in the food court (but not from hers). While we were sitting and eating, she walked around our table staring at our food, then went around asking other restaurant owners if we had bought food from them. Frankly, this is none of her business – we were paying customers of the plaza, and the food court is to be used by all other customers, not just hers.
She then falsely claimed to be the “owner of the entire food court” and even threatened to call the police on us – for what reason, I still don’t know. In front of children, she used profanity, called us vile and derogatory names, insulted our appearance, and even went so far as to pretend spit in our direction. She also acted like she was calling the police, pacing around us on the phone, but of course no one ever showed up. The whole scene was aggressive, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional.
On the other hand, the gentleman working next door at Chachus was extremely kind, respectful, and professional. Thanks to him for handling the situation with maturity.
This woman’s behavior was appalling and completely unacceptable – no customer deserves to be treated this way.

I saw amazing reviews and tried the food and got tasteless dry kebabs and rice without butter and salt. I would suggest try one dish here first before ordering it in quantity or for special occasion. Highly Disappointed.

My new favourite spot for shawarma. Rose is kind and her food is the most amazing I’ve had in a while. I can tell she places utmost care into preparation and presentation—the quality is giving. For over a decade I had different types of shawarmas from all over the GTA—hers’ is one the top/ best hands down. I’m usually there late and if she steps out, I call her and she picks up immediately and steps in. The area used to look sketchy to me so I avoided it. I wish I found Rose sooner.

Wow. Amazingly fresh and delicious even though it was late and near closing time. The lady who worked there was so nice. 11/10
Came back, just as good and fresh as I remembered.

Amazing food, the lady who served me was so nice too. Will definitely be back for more shawarma!
I've tried going twice. Once on a Saturday afternoon. Once on a Wednesday at 7pm. Closed both times. Very frustrating, I won't be trying again
When I was in Toronto, it was one of the best and tastiest kebabs that I ate, a combination of a restaurant and home food. The kind attitude of the restaurant owner was pleasant. It was a very good experience. Thank you Rose Kebab. I will come back again for your delicious food.
Good portion and delicious.

I have been a regular customer for the past 2 years. The owner has been very friendly and the food has been excellent with fresh ingredients. I usually get the shawarma plate.
I had their Koobideh kebab for the first time and I absolutely loved it. The food was freshly made.
Awesome koobideh and goat curry, freshly made. Truly a hidden gem!
