The establishment, although a walk-up window with no seating, is known for its delightful and delicious food. The earl grey shorties are excellent, tasting fresh and delicious with the right amount of sweetness. The earl cake is also a favorite. Roselle changed minds about banana desserts with their banana elevators, which are to die for. They do not use any artificial colouring nor flavour, adding so many layers of flavors to their desserts. Seasonal cakes like very very chocolate and very very vanilla are available.
