Wished I had some pictures to share, but I ate everything in the car before I reached home. I feel their cookies are underrated. They have to be up there as some of the best cookies in the city. The chocolate cookie, toffee and almonds, and birthday cake with passionfruit are some of my faves. Love all the flavors they come up with. The seasonal pavlova are a must try as well.

Best pavlova I've ever had, and it wasn't even close. Huge respect for not requesting any tips either even after trying to leave one. Owner said too many tips everywhere, and wanted it to be about the food. Cookies are also fantastic.

My family has been patronizing Roselle for many years and I can confidently say we have yet to have a single bite that did not surprise and delight with pure deliciousness!
Every year my mother asks what I want for desert around the holidays, and every year I tell her I want the mango pavlova from Roselle; it is my absolute favorite and I just can’t help eat every last bite, even when my stomach is about to burst.
Another of my favorites is their caramels, so simple but so delicious!
Most recently I was lucky enough to try their collab with Oishii, it was a cheesecake tart with vanilla cream and fresh berries (pictured). Let me tell you, words cannot describe how good it was, I almost felt bad for eating it so quickly, but I couldn’t help it. My only real regret is that it was a limited time collab and I won’t have another, at least not any time soon.

I got my birthday cake from here- the passion fruit, was a favourite and everyone loved it. It has the perfect tartness from the passion fruit without being overly tart or sweet. I also got the chocolate cake and I loved it too. both were amazing and I would definitely recommend!

I had been following them for a few years since 2020 and finally got to go and try it. I told two of the staff at the window how excited I was to finally try it in person. They kind of just looked at me and didn’t say much which was a bit awkward. Anywhoooo, great desserts!

Overall, the flavor and the taste are pretty good, but I found the pricing a bit on the higher side, and the sweetness level is slightly elevated. This might be because it’s tailored for the North American palate. However, considering the chef is Asian, it was a bit unexpected
