Love the food but their a big part of their menu is unavailable during Wednesdays, even with all you can eat.
All you can eat during Wednesdays should be discounted because there are no noodles, fried rice, appetizers, etc. You’re not able to get a big portion of their menu so it’s less valuable than regular days.
Service wasn’t great either. Not rude but not friendly or approachable. Served our food so unenthusiastically.
I’ve always been a big fan of this restaurant. But I was extremely, very disappointed. Paid same price for less quality and less food.

The food tasted great! But we had three meals with hair in them. We were comped but it makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the food. We felt a bit sick to the stomach a few hours after going as well. Would not recommend

This was our second time visiting the restaurant, and I would definitely go back and try the all you eat dim sum. Hubby and I went for a la carte meal. We got some dim sum, bbq rice rolls, chicken feet, taro spring rolls, and beef tripe. It was delicious. Great portions for the price. We also ordered bbq fried rice and szechuan chicken. Freshly made to order, I loved that, and we had lift over. To take for lunch the next day.
Service was quick, and the waiter was friendly.
It wasn't as busy when we went before 4 pm on Christmas day, but after 4 pm, it was starting to pick up.

Overall good experience. The portions were big and definitely worth the price. We went on a Tuesday night for dinner and the service was quick. The food was hit or miss. The BBQ Pork rice rolls and BBQ pork buns were good, but the duck egg/pork congee was bland and the Shanghai soup dumplings were too salty and lacked flavour.

I visited this place while I was visiting the AGO in the morning. The customer service is amazing and friendly staffs. I ordered three dishes from their a la carte menu and there were very delicious and Pu Er tea was very authentic.

Enjoyed my Saturday dim sum at Rosewood! The rice rolls with beef were exceptional. Just be aware that if you pay for the AYCE, they will charge you for takeout containers to take things home.
Very rude staff, the food was delicious, but they took the plates away before my friends and I had time to finish without even asking us if we were done. In the end, they were unhappy with the tip and demanded more. Not recommended, terrible service

It's an institution of the city. Service is about on par with other establishments in Chinatown. Food is maybe a little lacking in quality, but they do AYCE so can't complain. Atmosphere is a bit weird with the depth of the restaurant being a dark void compared to the forward brightly lit dining area.

Their menu, especially the dim sum options (e.g. Shu Mai, Har Gow, Chicken Feet, etc..) are delicious. Some of the dishes could be improved, but everything I order is generally good given its price. Not to mention it’s one of the few dim sum restaurants that has AYCE and is open late. Give it try if you haven’t already!
