I’ve been here a couple of times, and unfortunately every visit has involved extremely rude staff. Today around 5:30 PM, the cashier was openly hostile when I asked a simple question about whether my combo included a soda. Instead of answering, she gave me a bad look and began yelling at me and speaking aggressively.

This kind of behaviour is completely unacceptable, especially for a basic customer question. The service and atmosphere were uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I will not be returning.

Located in the Eaton centre food court near the ttc, you can find affordable lunch deals here.

The meats are great but the noodles are a bit oily. Otherwise fantastic service, and great attention to customer satisfaction. Well staffed and the daily combos also include shrimp for no upcharge.

I'd visit here again.

Westernized Thai food what can I say?

I’ve been to this food stand a few times and was quite satisfied. The quality of the food was above average, and the portion size and price were reasonable. The staff are very friendly, and although it’s usually busy and you have to look around for a place to sit, it’s worth it. Parking is paid, but overall, I recommend everyone to try it at least once.

Nothing special.

The service is friendly and fast, and the food is usually good but definitely not during closing hours.
I bought 3 meals during the closing sale, and the chicken and noodles had gone bad, and I had to spit it out.
Only 1 out of the 3 meals I purchased was in edible condition.

Terrible “fried” rice. It was not even seasoned with salt let alone anything close to true Chinese style fried rice. Just tasted like it was boiled in water and mixed with vegetables. Insanely disappointing. Portion sizes were OK at best, could have loaded more of the protein though considering what these places usually have reputations for. Overall though can’t give this more than one star given the vast majority of the meal, the rice, was even more bland than I thought it could ever be.

Food was expired destroyed my stomach. I came here two Monday’s back to back and ordered the shrimp and calamari (I know doing it twice is idiotic) and both times it destroyed my stomach. They’re serving expired/stale food AVOID DO NOT EAT HERE. Tastes good but is not suitable for consumption.

I dont know who made the decision to combine Shanghai 360 and Ruby Thai into one restaurant, but this was the most unpalatable Asian meal I had eaten in a long time. I used to be a big fan of Shanghai 360. Last time I eat at one of their branches.

I’m pretty sure the rice had gone off as I had to run to the bathroom less than 30 minutes after eating. Rice just tasted like nothing
Sesame chicken just tastes like sugar
Jalopeno chicken was good but not good enough for food poisoning
Disappointing

Usually I wait for the end of day special. Yesterday the lady added on the left over sesame buns for $5 which I didn’t ask for. Clearly wanting me to buy them because end of day. Because if these practices I don’t go there again.
Food isn’t even that great and Panda Express is better.

I like the taste and the service time. I used to eat here everyday when I used to work nearby.

2 for 16 but it's bad. They add sugar to their food. The shrimp was awful and full of sugar for some reason. The food felt too heavy and unhealthy.

The portion size was great and reasonable price for fast, delicious food. I ate the combo in two sittings and was full both times! Friendly, professional staff working here. I love this place.
