So bad, burger was hard and afterwards my hands smelled like BO. Staff were trying but no leadership. When you have a lineup and all 3 staff are assembling burgers you need to put more meat in the griddle. When they got bags filled they were starting from square 1 for people who had ordered 5 or 10 minutes before.

Great experience, the food was good. The hours are good for a late night outing. I got the Rudy, which is the smallest burger on the menu, and it's good for when your partially hungry. My friends got the bigger ones, and they looked really good as well. Smash Burgers are really good. Customer service was amazing! They seem to have joy no matter the circumstance. While moving a table to combine tables the condiments try fell off and the salt broke, so there was salt, broken glass and some vinegar in the floor, and the woman employee cleaned it up and reassured us it was fine, and did so without an ounce of annoyance. We stayed for a bit without ordering because we were waiting for friends, and they didn't rush us. And after we all finished eating we stayed and chatted till past 12am, and they didn't rush us out again. It was a good experience. The only thing (which wouldn't take away from the rating), would be the music was really loud, but once my friend asked if they could turn the music down a bit, they were agreeable to it.

The pickle chips and burger were good but not worth the higher price than other places, the poutine was not that good and very small, the fries that they used aren’t even the same and the ones in the poutine which is interesting.
