My friends and I tried the cheeseburger, double burger, and fries, and overall, the food was good. The burgers were well-made and enjoyable, making it worth a try. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the positive experience.
The prices matched the quality, which was fair.
One thing to note is that the saloon was quite cold, but they provided a small portable heater to help customers, which was a nice touch. Plus, the fact that they’re open until 4 AM makes it a great spot for a late-night bite.

“The service at this restaurant is extremely slow and indifferent. Placing an order takes an unreasonably long time – in our case, it took a full 30 minutes just to have our order accepted. The staff seems inattentive and in no rush to serve customers. There’s no need to even discuss the quality of the food because the poor service alone is disappointing enough. With such an attitude, customer satisfaction is clearly not a priority here. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone!

Rudy is a decent burger place. I personally don’t see the hype. I tried the Valentino, smash burger and poutine. Everything was good but absolutely nothing special. I can confidently say my burgers taste better.

Got sick from poutine, and it tasted off. Overall, burger and poutine didn't taste like anything.
I ordered a chicken sandwich which turned out to be super stale. The sauces weren't incorporated so it was just bun, coleslaw and the chicken. It didn't taste like the usual Rudy burger so I'm not sure if this is of the same franchise. And oh yes, the poutine was horrible.
