Great food and fast service!! Nice ambiance also with lots of places to sit and eat inside. Priced a bit on the high side for a burger and fries but tastes sooo good nonetheless Good as a treat every once in a while 😊

I’m blown away by how rude the one staff member was. They gave me the wrong items in my order, and when i asked for the correct food she huffed like this was a huge burden. When she came back with the right order, i thanked her- but she refused to acknowledge me and just threw the food down on my table. I’m legitimately taken aback they can act this way and charge $25 for a combo. Never coming back.

Everyone was super nice. Came in around midnight on a Wednesday. I stg the fries they serve are McDonald’s fries it was so good. Burger was nicely smashed, not too salty either. I don’t remember Rudy being this good last time I had them, would return!
Ordered Uber eats and I did have to reheat a bit but that was understandable cause it's cold out. The burger was delicious 😋 I've been wanting to try Rudy for a long time now and there wasn't anything I would complain about, a perfect burger. I really like the option that when you order a poutine you can get the gravy and cheese on the side. So when it got to my apartment I warmed everything up and it was perfect.

Only been here once and it wasn't bad, especially for the prices, although I haven't been here in a couple of years.
I love Five Guys Burgers, but Rudy's is better.
What I would NOT recommend is their poutine; the fries were too soggy and gravy was not hot enough, so cheese was not melted. Do yourself a favor and skip the poutine, unless you know for sure their poutine game is amazing and they just had an off-night the one time I went.
I would come back though for their burgers.
