Only been here once and it wasn't bad, especially for the prices, although I haven't been here in a couple of years.
I love Five Guys Burgers, but Rudy's is better.
What I would NOT recommend is their poutine; the fries were too soggy and gravy was not hot enough, so cheese was not melted. Do yourself a favor and skip the poutine, unless you know for sure their poutine game is amazing and they just had an off-night the one time I went.
I would come back though for their burgers.

Giving 3 stars overall because the burger is disappointing as per its price. The cheapest combo comes with poutine and is 18.59 pre tax. They don’t offer combo with fries. Overpriced, rather have harvey, a&w or even burger priest. I ended up ordered the cheapest burger and a fries. It tasted good tho.

Fantastic and simple. Just what we needed. No frills here, but absolutely delicious and super fresh.

I was displeased with the size of the Rudy hamburger it was over $10 after tax and I was still super hungry there’s many other options nearby that will fill you up for that price. Also the table that I sat at to wait for my food was sticky so they did not wipe it properly after uses. The patty in my burger was just completely crunchy I know it’s a smash burger but this was just all crunch and paper thin. I will say the toppings were good that’s it.

Food was very very greasy and not enjoyable. We were sadly disappointed for the price we paid.

Rudy Burger is absolutely amazing! The Rudy Burger itself was packed with flavor. one of the best burgers I’ve had. You definitely have to try their banana pudding too! The staff are incredibly nice and kind, and you can tell they really care about their customers. Great food, great people, I’ll definitely come back!

Customer service was very good. And that's the end of the good part. I ordered a Rudy burger and poutine. Burger has 2 slices of small tomato, half a leaf of lettuce and some sauce. The poutine had cold gravy on top. It's not even warm enough to melt shredded cheese how would it melt curds? All of this was $22, you have to be out of your mind to come here and get this food. At least it was edible, I think.

Great smash burgers! This location is in a quieter area, so it’s usually not that busy. Wish they had ice for the pop though.
