Food was okay. Have been meaning to check out here for a long time because they have a lot of vegan and gluten free options. I got a gf/vg breakfast sandwich and it was okay but didn't feel worth $12. They had a lot of other vegan options and a few other gf so it might have been just what I had. But I was a bit disapointed. Staff were nice. The vibe was chill. Seating was a bit sequesterd to the sides.

The vegan options must have expanded since they now carry many vegan baked goods and a vegan breakfast sandwich. They also offer vegan swaps and plant milks. A well loved local gem. They load their sandwiches with veggies!

Rustic Cosmo is endlessly reliable for a few things: exceptionally friendly and warm service; a cute little patio in the back; solid variety of beers you actually want; and, a truly exceptional vegan breakfast bagel. Like, it's remarkable how enjoyable that bagel is.
