Food was amazing, as always!! One member of my group fell ill and the staff was so kind and helpful to her. Thank you for making her birthday special. We really enjoyed.

My partner and I had our anniversary dinner and it was great experience from the beginning to the end. Not only did our waiter check up on us but also some of the other staff as well throughout the night. The stuffed mushrooms and voodoo shrimp which was recommended was great. We also shared the porterhouse steak which was good flavour as well. Everything overall was great.

Our server Selena was amazing and was very polite and prompt. She made our family feel like home and was very professional. I give her a 10/10. Thank you Selena.

We were advised upon arriving 20 minutes early that we had 90 minutes to stay. And then to find a place to wait down the hall. For the price point, I was expecting a more refined welcome at the host desk. The dining decor felt dated and stale for a place sited to being top dog. Frankly The over crowded loud Kegs offer more in their dim lit environs. The food? Good grief. The cooking staff must have been off for the holidays. My steak lobster tail - sorry, very disappointing with the driest lobster and the three-degree hot plates made me think they just loaded the plate and stuck it under a rotating broiler toaster oven borrowed from Tim's bagel prep. The frites arrived cold but were immediately replaced with more over salted dried strings. Tried my husband's mashed which were good. Oh the Oysters Rockefeller were indescribable and they should just take em off the menu. The cremini mushrooms were OK. I didn't want to extend my disappointment with dessert. Took my husband's from his prix fix home and laughed when I saw it. But the service was outstanding. Michael was terrific and we pretended all was good so he wouldn't feel compelled to correct the problems. He was one of the best table talents and we would go back just for him. Four of us dined. Four were underwhelmed. Think the Hilton isn't coming to the table with taste buds in mind. Of note, I don't please easily and have expectations. I notice every single little thing which can be unfortunate to overly confident businesses which don't maintain the advertised standards.

The Chateaubriand was delicious and well made, however, the mashed potatoes were bland, the spinach was oily, the scallops I ordered on the side were not properly cooked and lacked any seasoning or taste, I had to return them as I did not consider them edible. The drink was delicious and my husband enjoyed his dessert. I would return for the steak but my husband would not.

Firstly, our server was awesome and lovely. However, this was the worst ‘high end’ steakhouse I have ever been to. The worst meal at the Keg would be 10x better than the. Probably the most embarrassingly bad caeser salad I have ever witnessed and tasted. Steak was fine, but not worth the price. The ‘bleu cheese’ crust was weird and tasted bland. There is more ambiance at a nursing home cafeteria than this place. It was empty on a Friday night. 3/5 stars is generous.

They need to bring Bryan back the old manager was so professional and respectful! Amanda the new manager is horrible. Always sounds like she woke up on the wrong side of the bed! Won’t come here again!

We had high expectations. Waiter was great until I let him know our steak was way over seasoned & too salty. He got mad & told me off, lol. Place is extremely expensive for food that is honestly no better than The Keg. Overall, it was fine, but we won't return.

Service was excellent. Ambience very nice. Food for the most part was very good. However, Caesar salad was soggy and disappointing.

Selena was a great server 10/10. The food was good but for the price it leaves room to be desired.

The quality of the food was not as great as I have experienced in the past. Steaks tasted different, like it was microwaved cook. The broccolini came out cool, as it had been sitting waiting for the remaining food. Son's steak was under cooked and had to be sent back. For all I spent, the I was really not satisfied but me and my son didn't want to complain.

The steak was delicious. The extra hot plates ensure every bite was warm. We did a half order of mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and broccolini and that was enough for two people. Our server was very attentive so we enjoyed our meal. For dessert we tried cheesecake (excellent) and carrot cake (good but very sweet). Overall, a great experience.

It was our second time at this location. The food was amazing and the service was excellent!! Brian, the manager was exceptional, Ruth's Chris, give that man a raise!!!

The steaks were fantastic—kudos to your chef! And the dessert was absolutely delicious. We'll definitely be back. Excellent service!
