Came here on a Saturday night with my friend and it was completely empty, only one other table of about 5 ladies. The waitress has no customer service skills whatsoever. It took about 45 mins for Our drink to come out, mind you the place was empty. We had questions regarding the food and she was very condescending, rude and her facial expressions were disgusting.
The food itself was not bad but nothing to brag about. Just based off the waitress alone I would never ever come back. I’ve never in my life had such horrible customer service. I’m still in shock. Management please train your staff!

Save your money. This place is aesthetically nice that’s all and the owner is very greedy for money. She chopped $750 from me on my bday night. The food was disgusting and she overcharged on everything. I first spoke to her 2 weeks before to try and plan a bday dinner with 7 guests. The birthday package did not make sense for my guests but we arranged to still serve the balloons, menu, champagne & platter.
A day before I gave her (Dee) the orders she says she can’t do the designed menu, champagne or balloons because I’m not going with the bday package at $80 a person. Mind you I spent $750.
If it wasn’t last minute I would have cancelled. They served my friend NO SALT jellof and told her it was the wrong rice. Overcharged for 2 no alcohol towers and served me milk Alfredo. I took 1 bite.
For me a lesson learnt, I will stick to catered food. This place and the food is sad. The staff were all new which explains a lot.

I’ve been here before multiple times and when I say this place owes me nothing. I just celebrated my birthday here and me and my party had an amazing time. The music was great, the vibes were through the roof, the service was amazing and the FOOD!!! CHEF’s KISS oh my!! (I promise this isn’t a fake review) but yea that Alfredo and suya really did something to meee. The samosa was very well seasoned and the perfect amount of flaky, the drinks very well mixed and the staff is very attentive and kind. Thank you again for having me and you’ll be seeing me soon!!!

I had such a great experience at Ruumours! The food was absolutely delicious — my favourites were the coconut shrimp, asun, and plantain. Everything was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

I’ve been to this spot twice already the first time was for my Birthday the vibes were dead but it could be cause it was a Wednesday but we went on a Saturday recently my sister came to visit from Calgary and the vibes were wayyy better they had a live dj it was nice but the wait for food and drink are ridiculous smh the fisrt time it was so bad basically an hour wait an the same thing a second time they take forever to bring the drinks an forever for the food to come out it’s also very pricy for the amount of food u get don’t get me wrong the food is great but both times I got the shrimp pasta and it comes with 4 big shrimp an barely any pasta mind u they charge an extra for the shrimp $(15) for 4 pieces smh the pasta it’s self is 20 without any protein it’s sooo good tho like 10/10 it’s just the waiting time an portion sizes they need to fix!! the drinks are greattt they are $15-$16+ again kinda pricy but they make sure there liquor in it Lool one drink always gets me waved will the somas are good the party platter is great gives u a little of everything definitely be back again for the pasta just would pre order my food ahead of time!!
