The worst chicken fry ever tasted . I did not have this kind of bad food in my entire life. My kids were about to puke . No taste, burnt and blunt. Everyone should think 1000 times before buying chicken fry. They are just cheating with clients. I will not go there again.

Needed some quick breakfast on work break.. saw this eatery. Thought I’d try it. Lady behind the counter was polite and friendly…helped me make a decision. And their chicken is excellent. Fries are crispy, donuts are fresh . Good value. Place is quiet and clean. Definitely halal. ;)

I was really looking forward to trying SAFA Fried Chicken, but the service at the counter was very disappointing. The cashier, a woman in her 50s, was curt and unfriendly, which set the wrong tone right away. Even if the food had been good, the lack of basic courtesy made the experience uncomfortable.

I visited SAFA Fried Chicken recently, and while the food itself was already disappointing, what really stood out in a negative way was the service from the cashier (around mid-40s). She was extremely rude, dismissive, and seemed irritated at even the simplest questions about the menu. Instead of being welcoming, her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable.

Never ever go to this place!!! The lady over there is sooooo!!!! Rude . Today i went there and i was about to order but first i need to use the washroom i ask her i can use she rudely said no its for customers only . I told yes of course am the customer she said you have to pay first and you can use i paid for something and use the washroom she even didn’t give me the key she just pointed the place i have to come inside of the counter then i took it ( she was not busy and doing nothing ) . I told her your system is terrible she replied (yes it is) . From my perspective if you don’t like the job just change the jod why you are disappointing customers??? I didn’t take my order and left she even didn’t call me for it …..!!
I request the owner to change that lady otherwise you gonna keep losing customers. There are many people who wants job .

The service was very poor. I was told the food would be ready in 10 minutes, but I had to wait 20 minutes. I was in a hurry, so this was really frustrating.

The chicken and fries were not good at all. Really not happy with the experience.

My partner and I strolled into here the other day and were pleasantly surprised by the pastries - they're Tim Horton's prices but are much tastier! We live down the street and are definitely planning to come back.

Horrible service, the lady behind the counter created a horrible atmosphere. I highly recommend that nobody goes there until her attitude changes. and she was completely unpleasant. she wouldn’t let my girlfriend use the washroom even while I was trying to pay her

This is a really cozy little coffee shop with a surprisingly large variety of food options. It feels like a mix between KFC and Tim Hortons offering both comfort food and coffee in one spot. Seating is limited (under 50), and the furniture is definitely showing its age.

The public washroom isn’t great, but it’s a big plus that they allow customers to use it.

What really stands out is the staff. Most have been working here for years, and they know many of the regulars by name. They’re always warm and welcoming.

There’s no background music, just the news playing on the TV, which gives the place a kind of old-school, community vibe.
