Tried the salad place opened at CIBC square the first time. Was very disappointed by the small portion of the protein that comes with the salad. For a large box with 1 full portion of protein, the staff cut up a single portion breast very thinly and put in half the portion in the box. There were 7 thinly sliced chicken breasts in my box. I believe the employee is skimping on the protein meant for 1 portion. Rest of the box is really just a bed of lettuce, cucumber and tomato. It's not worth the $13 dollar they are charging. I do not recommend and will not return.
This Review is for Salad Days but at 81 Bay Street location in the Table/CIBC Square. I ordered the Chicken/Rice special for lunch & it was delicious! Very tasty & good portion size too.
Swati served me & she was excellent. She was very professional, polite & informative about the selections offered. She was so genuine in her interaction. It was a pleasure being served by her.
Salad days is excellent with many offerings to choose from including salmon & meatballs too! You won’t be disappointed in the least 💯
Thank you Swati. I’ll be back soon.
Happy to see a fast-food salad place. Lots of choices with fast, friendly service. Prices are fair as well. My fave is the nicoise salad and least is any salad with chicken. The chicken texture makes me think it's processed and it's not as filling.
Awesome experience, nice shop
Fresh, good portions, friendly staff, POS didn't ask for tips.

I've been coming to this location since they opened this year. Today I was incredibly disappointed with the portion and how stinchy they were being with thr rice, salad and meat. Normally my container is packed to the top and today it barely made it over the halfway mark. When I inquired I was simply told that all portions are measured now. I also have an allergy to tomatoes and when I tried to substitute for peppers I got stared at like it was an absurd request. I don't understand what's been happening but I have noticed a steady decline in the quality of employees and also the customer service.

I bought an L Fatoush here today and it was quite mid. I found the salad a bit bland hounestly. I didn't really taste that lemon kinda taste or any kinda taste in it, it was just mixed vegetables. Maybe I should've asked for extra sauce or a bit of salt. It did help my salad craving a bit though so that's why it gets 3 stars.

Salad Days is a fantastic lunch spot that offers a variety of healthy and delicious options. Located in the Bay-Adelaide Centre, it's a popular spot for office workers who are looking for a tasty and nutritious lunch. One of the best things about Salad Days is the number of options available on the menu. You can choose from preset options or customize your own salad to suit your specific tastes. Their custom salad goes in the order of size (small or large), select greens, choose 4 ingredients, add protein (optional with a cost), and your choice of dressing. Their wall of greens and displayed list of toppings on the counter is clearly labelled for you to pick and choose from. You can add protein for an extra cost if you're looking for something more filling. Their Salad Days Special comes in a medium-sized container while the custom salad comes in a small or large option! Apart from the salads, you can also order their Today's Specials that come with protein, rice and Greek salad. Additionally, they offer wraps, Harira Soup and Spanikopita as well. We always get the custom salad to add all the healthy toppings we want and no-protein as the large custom salad is filling already! The staff at Salad Days are always a delight. They are always friendly and efficient, which makes the lunch rush go smoothly. If you're in a hurry, it's worth using Ritual to order ahead and skip the line, as it can get quite long during peak hours. Do note, their hours of operation as it is tailored for the temporary hours and lunchtime.Note, they do have two other locations at 2 Bloor Street West; their first location at Cumberland Terrace is temporarily closed but the location at the Hudson's Bay Centre is open with temporary hours as well that serves office workers in the area.

Salad days is an amazing lunch find! Really great healthy lunch spot. Prices are decent @ $12 a large and $7 a small. They have a bunch of types of salads, and you can also build your own (everything also comes as a wrap). The location is just down the stairs inside the Bay-Adelaide center (pretty easy to find).

Concourse level salad shop in Bay/Adelaide area, serving several office towers. Take out only. Food is average - usually order a daily special. Price is very reasonable for the neighbourhood and one of the few lunch places open.
This place makes amazing fresh filling salads with a variety of selections and protein all at an affordable price! It's understandable why they always have a line up at lunch but their service is quick, efficient and friendly! My friend and I both work enjoyed our salads!
