Salt Wine Bar Ltd, located on Toronto's Ossington street, offers an exceptional dining experience with a charming and romantic ambiance. The food is fresh, featuring a wide variety of tapas. The wine selection is impressive, focusing on Portuguese and Spanish wines, and the servers are very knowledgeable. Many dishes are delicious and seasoned perfectly, including the highly recommended Iberian Pork Pate and the grilled Spanish octopus which is very tender. The Hokkaido Scallops are super fresh and the seafood risotto has fresh lobster, though it can be a bit salty. While the desserts are okay and nothing special, the service remains attentive, contributing to a very pleasant experience.
