This was my very first meal in Ajax, and I couldn’t be more satisfied! The staff was very passionate and friendly (I believe her name was Donna, from the receipt hope I got it right). I ordered the hot honey chicken with a shrimp skewer. The chicken was perfectly tender, the shrimp was well marinated and flavorful, and the veggies were all fresh. Absolutely deserves five stars!

I was at this place , on Saturday. I went with my husband, and you can check the camera footage.one of employees did not provide good customer service. She spoke to us in an unpleasant way. We asked for something in our order, and she seemed upset. When we clarified that we wanted it inside our sandwich, she reacted badly. I decided to leave the place. I didn’t find her attitude appropriate — especially for someone working in customer service.

Condescending is the word that comes to mind when I ordered my food with the lady working in the evening . The way she spoke to me didn’t sit right and i felt like i was bothering her by being there and placing an order. I won’t be returning to this location because I don’t want to deal with her. Food is good but yea that service was a complete turn off

Fresh and delicious salads and menu. Great healthy options. Tasty smoothies. The owner (Donna) and staff are welcoming and lovely..highly recommend. Everything on their menu tastes delicious! You won't be disappointed.
The lady working was very polite and kind. We got a wrap and mermaid bowl, both were delicious and well made. Lots of toppings and prices were very affordable compared to a lot of other healthy fast food places I’ve been too. Will be coming back to try more!

Came in for an açai bowl. The lady rolled her eyes and had attitude, stating I should pre-order because açai bowls take time to make. I went in at exactly 7:34pm and I realized the store closed at 8pm. I don’t know if making the customer feel uncomfortable was the best approach… I understand everyone has to get home, could have approached this a different way for sure.
There were people sitting in the store having their meal as well…

The lady who was serving us at this location was very rude to my grandfather when he was choosing his ingredients for his bowl because he was taking too "long" to decide. After we passed 5 toppings, the cashier became visibly and audibly annoyed as she kept rolling her eyes and sighing under her breath. Quite a shame as I love trying out new bowl places, but unfriendly workers are a huge detterant for me and my family.
