Came in for an açai bowl. The lady rolled her eyes and had attitude, stating I should pre-order because açai bowls take time to make. I went in at exactly 7:34pm and I realized the store closed at 8pm. I don’t know if making the customer feel uncomfortable was the best approach… I understand everyone has to get home, could have approached this a different way for sure.
There were people sitting in the store having their meal as well…

The lady who was serving us at this location was very rude to my grandfather when he was choosing his ingredients for his bowl because he was taking too "long" to decide. After we passed 5 toppings, the cashier became visibly and audibly annoyed as she kept rolling her eyes and sighing under her breath. Quite a shame as I love trying out new bowl places, but unfriendly workers are a huge detterant for me and my family.

Love the bowls here. The steak is so so good. By far the best tasting steak you could get in a quick service bowl. Their topping selection is fantastic! Great and friendly service too.

I will start by saying that I agree with most reviews I have read here. The customer service is extremely terrible, but the food and the smoothies are a very good option for a healthy lunch. I often grab food here since I work nearby and don't feel guilty afterward cause it's not junk food. They sometimes skip adding ingredients to the smoothies though or run out very early in the day. I did stop going as frequently because I didn't want to spend a bunch of money in a business where I am not treated well. No simple hello, thank you or goodbye or how can I help you. Alot of huffing and genuine misery and it's not a one time off it's almost every time I have visited so far..

To be honest, the lady that owns the place can be really rude. The toppings that come with the salad are extremely little and then when you ask her to put a little more, she charges you. Today, she took some of the guacamole out of the my salad bowl and put it back. It was weird. I go here all the time out of convenience, but leave with a bad taste in my mouth each and every time she is working. The other lady is super nice and very welcoming. But the owner is just really rude

First time here. I was craving a salad and glad Salus came up in my Google search. I tried their seasonal salad which had mixed greens, beats, feta cheese, grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, pumpkin seeds and fig balsamic dressing. This was so fresh and tasty. Friendly staff. I knew when I walked in this place was going to be good as it was busy. Super clean! I highly recommend you try them out. I will be back for sure and I’d love to try a smoothie.
So Delicious! Met a friend here for lunch and we both ordered the Harvest Crunch bowl and it was amazing. So fresh and flavourful. You feel like you are doing your body good, by eating this yummy creation! Service was A+ - they were lovely and attentive (even though they were juggle 800 orders while we were there...LOL). Will definitely go back - as there are many more items I'll like to try!

Update Sep/2024: I love Salus so much. Glad to have this option in Ajax. We ordered off of UberEats and I did a 6-topping BYOB and it was so good even though I didn’t think my toppings would work well together haha.
I ordered: brown rice and heritage mix greens, roasted broccoli, roasted sweet potato, mushrooms, black beans, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese and additional cost chicken then pumpkin seeds all topped with green goddess dressing.
Update (2022, 3 stars): The Google location is inaccurate currently as it should be located further east and directly behind the Applebee’s.
Ordered off of UberEats, the order got accepted and finished, but then the place isn’t located where it says, the phone line doesn’t go through, so now I just feel scammed.
