In town for a few weeks and we always seek out niche coffee shops who take their coffee seriously, when we travel. Sam James was on the list. The cortado in-house was delicious and just enough milk to accent the notes. Bought a bag to make pour overs at home. When we opened it, it seemed flat and tasteless. Communicated with Sam James and Jordan responded quickly, explained we may need to wait a little longer post-roast to let the aroma and notes pull through, and a bit of history...

They have some baked goods at the front as well which were also pretty tasty. I got the spelt chocolate chip cookie which was AMAZING!!
Definitely give this place a try if you’re in the area and looking for a coffee, I will definitely be back!
