On March 07 , I bought veg Manchurian from the samosa and sweet factory near Springdale library, Brampton. Oh my god! They were the worst ever food of my life . A waste of 8 dollars. How something can be cooked so bad... Really. No taste at all. Salt , sauces, the Manchurian balls.... Horrible. It was a 300 or 400 ML bowl full of a cornflour paste in water , brown color added.... RIGHT! With small , very small 5 balls in it floating in the worthless gravy. Those 5 balls put together will make one ball actually... Ha ha ! 8 dollars really...... Can you check the quality. When they sell garbage. Give me my money back.

We bought 20 samosas from this place but the worker said we only get sauce if we buy at least 100. So we just have 20 samosas without any sauce. What kind of ridiculous business practice is this? Terrible service and subpar cleanliness. I advise others to avoid this dump

I ordered 6 samosas, there were 6 samosas in my delivery pack but there was not a single chutney. Now I am contemplating whether I should eat the samosa or take another 20 minutes to come back to get the chutney!

Fantastic food. Poor customer service. Requires proper organization. First customer must be served first. Many customers jump the line. No washroom.

Honestly loved their food, but it’s so difficult for this business to have any consistency.

I bought two boxes of bondi (asked for a certain amount but was given far less, and when I called for assistance no resolution. I live in Ottawa - I was specifically told to bring this company which was out of my way. To receive less product than asked for, and to receive two boxes that are sold as the same amount.

I understand if it was in lbs, you could have informed me at sale and I would’ve asked for the corresponding amount - but I specifically asked for 1kg and she made sure with me it was that.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Samosa Sweet Factory. When I went to place my order, an employee named Asha refused to serve me, saying, 'I don’t like your mom.' I was stunned by her rudeness, but it got even worse—she actually threatened me, saying she would throw boiling oil on me. Feeling unsafe, I decided to leave the store, but as I was walking out, I slipped and fell because the floor was wet. Instead of helping, Asha just laughed and said, 'That’s where you belong.' I was humiliated and shocked by this cruel treatment. I can’t believe how unprofessional and hostile this place was, and I’ll never be going back. I strongly recommend others avoid it.

Very popular, good tasting food. Always busy, long lines especially weekends and holidays but well worth the wait!

Quick and easy turnaround for a couple hundred samosas. Best to order ahead online and pickup.

Staff is too rude

Very unorganized staff. As usual, after waiting in one line for 20 minutes many of us were asked to join an express line. 2 custoers were already their and the girl at the counter told them to join the regular line and then this girl asked to join the express line. Very ridiculous. Food is good but the management should work on how to deal with the line ups.Visit this place only if you're ready to wait minimum half hour.

They have very rude staff they have no manners Their rude attitude made me feel unheard and uncomfortable, which is not what I expect from samosa and sweet factory.I would appreciate it if customer representatives could be more respectful and patient in their communication.
