I recently tried this ramen spot, and it was pretty good! The Tonkotsu broth had a nice depth of flavor, and the egg was really tasty. The noodles were a good match for the broth. The meat wasn’t anything out of the ordinary, but it was still enjoyable. Overall, it’s a nice spot and definitely worth a try

It’s a little Ramen place on a downtown corner. Hot Ramen on a cold evening, sitting on a stool in the window was perfection for dinner on that evening. I had the Tonkotsu Black Ramen and my friend had the Spicy Tantam, both with thick noodles, both of which were excellent. We also shared the fried chicken, gyoza and their new corn fritters. If anything, the corn fritters were a bit meh, but the chicken was perfection even cold the next day. Service was quick and cheery too.
Surprisingly excellent ramen! The service is lovely with a nice quaint atmosphere on top. The food itself was incredible for only 16 dollars. The broth was the right amount of salty and savoury so as to not feel overwhelming to finish off completely. The noodles were cooked excellently and the fixings in the ramen were of great quality.

Nice location with great food, Sansotei Ramen was a pleasant experience. They offer a simple ramen that comes with donburi for just about $12 which is an amazing price for the quality and quantity of food. I can't remember the name of the other ramen we got but you might be able to compare it to their menu photos-- the brother was very rich in flavour and perfect for a cold day. I recommend getting ramen with their thick noodles.

All the staff were genuinely Japanese, which was great to see, and they were friendly.
I've been to Sansotei on multiple occasions before, and the ramen has always been consistently good. I recommend going to a location with a promotion available, and there are several around the downtown area.
P.S. The accessibility on the front door is broken and does not work as of the time I posted this.
I got the Shoyu Ramen bowl and it comes with pork belly. The soup was delicious and so warm for a cold fall day. A quick lunch for a busy work day.
