my friend and I came last night and had a great experience!! we both got the Tonkotsu Black ramen with thin noodles and it was so delicious. the best part though was the service! our server (I think her name was Yuriko - so so sorry if I’m wrong 😭! but she had reddish hair and pigtails!) was so kind and attentive. she even gave us a free piece of cheesecake because she said we were sweet, but she was truly the sweet one!! thank you so much girl!! <3

This place had decent reviews, but it's more like a fast food ramen spot, not much on the menu and the ramen was mediocre. My friend ordered the beef rice bowl which looked very unappetizing she couldn't eat it. They did very kindly take it off the bill for us but it took some convincing. I wouldn't go back, much better ramen spots around the city

Got seated for 2 right before the 12pm lunch rush on a Friday afternoon. It's not that big so the tables filled up quickly by noon.
I got the tonkotsu black with thin noodles along with the zangi + Sapporo for an extra $9. Our ramen came our quickly and it hit the spot. The zangi came with 4 big pieces of chicken. The gyozas were also a nice side.
Would recommend and come back.

Sensotei has been my go-to ramen place for years. For some reason (I’m guessing cost cutting) they recently changed the texture of the pork - it’s now very chewy, unappealing, and difficult to eat. Disappointing.

Visited on a weekday lunchtime for takeout, greeted by friendly and efficient staff. Went for the meal deal. For lunch the ramen and gyoza were fine. Personally I thought the price even for the meal deal was expensive, yet, it was for convenience. The ramen was tasty and the gyoza filled a hole. Although I didn't visit the facilities the establishment was tidy and clean.

Don’t order from here through Uber. They don’t pack their food properly. We ordered twice in a row, and both orders were cancelled because the packaging failed — the bag tore and the soup spilled all over our building lobby. Once could be a one-off, but twice within 30 minutes? Not okay.

I was across the street getting my passport renewed and thought I would just pop in when I saw the restaurant half a block away. I like Ramen so I figured what a nice little early lunch meal to have on a cold wet morning. The kitchen wasn’t quite open but they kindly let me in so I could keep dry. I placed an order for the Tonkatsu+ with a side of Zangi grilled chicken. OMG! The ramen was superb, perhaps the best I’ve had. The broth was incredible; dense without being thick, super creamy taste, black mushrooms that exploded with flavour and noodles cooked to perfection with a mouthfeel that was immediately calming and seductive. I must have sat smelling the rich aroma of pork and mild garlic oil for 10 minutes before digging in. The pork belly was incredible with the softest salinity imaginable. Honestly, everything was perfect. The chicken was tender and super delicious but the ramen blew my mind. Highly recommend it.
