Really great customer service! And finding out this ramen place will open up a location in Calgary soon, yay!! I always try a classic tonkatsu at a new place and it was so good. Can't wait for its opening in Calgary.

Excellent bowl of ramen! Ordered the Tonkatsu with thin noodles, and it hit the spot. Perfect level of saltyness (though you can request it with less salt), and absolutely delicious flavours in every component.
Food was served quickly, and staff very friendly!

My friend strongly recommended Sansotei from their past visit to Toronto, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the original Tonkotsu ramen, but unfortunately the soup had very little depth of flavor — it was mostly just salty. The bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms were cold, which felt odd in a bowl of hot ramen. Overall, the noodles didn’t have that satisfying “one bite leads to another” feeling. Nothing in the bowl really stood out to me, and there were only two slices of chashu. It's around $18.
I’m honestly surprised by the 4.5-star rating from over 2,000 reviews. For me, it was one of the least enjoyable ramen experiences I’ve had — not terrible, just very underwhelming.

Not much to say cuz me coming back already says it all! I’ve tried other locations before but finally stopped by this one after walking past so many times. The noodles were cooked perfectly with great texture and bold flavors. And their cheesecake? Amazing!!! Always has the right sweetness with fresh fruit flavor. Definitely recommend!

The quality has seriously gone down. It’s not consistent with other branches. One soup was bland and another was salty.

Used to be pretty good but quality has gone down over time.
We loved it! We were very satisfied and happily surprised by how good this place and its food are. The dishes are packed with so much flavor, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! Our server was very sweet with me and my friends. I’ll definitely be coming back soon to try their other specialties. Five stars to everyone who makes this such a great place. ありがとうございます!

Cozy and warm spot with very friendly staff. The ramen was absolutely delicious. I got the tonkotsu black, and it was phenomenal. Noodles had the perfect chew, chashu was incredibly tender and flavorful, the egg had the perfect jamminess and the broth lived up to the hype I built in my head from my last trip to the city. When we went back a second time, one of the staff recognized us from a couple days prior and was super happy to see us return so soon. Great spot
