Really great customer service! And finding out this ramen place will open up a location in Calgary soon, yay!! I always try a classic tonkatsu at a new place and it was so good. Can't wait for its opening in Calgary.

Excellent bowl of ramen! Ordered the Tonkatsu with thin noodles, and it hit the spot. Perfect level of saltyness (though you can request it with less salt), and absolutely delicious flavours in every component.

Food was served quickly, and staff very friendly!

My friend strongly recommended Sansotei from their past visit to Toronto, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered the original Tonkotsu ramen, but unfortunately the soup had very little depth of flavor — it was mostly just salty. The bamboo shoots and wood ear mushrooms were cold, which felt odd in a bowl of hot ramen. Overall, the noodles didn’t have that satisfying “one bite leads to another” feeling. Nothing in the bowl really stood out to me, and there were only two...
