The ramen itself is okay — the broth is tasty (only with the garlic oil, otherwise tasteles), and the noodles are well-cooked. Unfortunately, everything else falls short. During rush hour, there is only one staff member working the floor, which makes service EXTREMELY slow. We had to ask for an item three separate times before it finally arrived. This isn’t on the waitress, who was clearly doing her best — it’s a management issue. The chashu is also a major letdown. It is sliced so thin it might as well be paper, and it lacks the tender, melt-in-your-mouth quality you'd expect from a ramen place. For the price, the portions and overall experience is not worth it.

One of the best Tonkatsu Ramen I have tried in the city. I got the Tonkatsu Black Ramen and the gyoza and both were really good.
