It’s really bad… The pork smell is awful, and it made me feel sick. I couldn’t eat after one bite.

Got serious diarrhea after eating here, try to avoid this place.
My girlfriend got a ramen, and they didn’t secure the lid on it when they put it in a plastic bag for her. She went back to get a new one, to which the staff refused and scooped the ramen out of the plastic bag into a new container. Completely unprofessional and unsanitary and she wouldn’t eat the food afterwards

Great ramen options located at the food court. Flavours are great and very Japanese. Recommended for anyone that needs a quick meal after all the shopping.

I have searched everywhere in this city for a ramen as good as ramen crashing out west. this place does it !. I love a good miso and a spicy tonkotsu.

Ordered with uber eats from this restaurant. Ramen is tasty and good, but I paid $6 for a mocha cheesecake slice that ended up being 9 cm long and 2 cm high (so, 2 tiny bites) and was not tasty at all. This is the smallest and the most expensive (for that size) cheesecake I ever had. Shame on you for misleading photos and information.
Visited on a Saturday lunch time for a quick ramen lunch. Service was efficient and there was little wait. The customers in the food court appeared to be gravitating towards fried chicken so much less of a wait. The ramen tasted pretty good, the ingredients were fine seemed less compared to the regular Sansotei ramen restaurant. Because it was in a food court you received your ramen in a plastic bowl. Half past twelve and it was was difficult to find a place to sit as all the nearby tables were occupied. Price was reasonable at $17 but I don't think it was great value.

Restaurantji Recommends
Order garlic ramen.
Noodle texture is off
Soup very oily
Pork slices where on point not too fatty.
The egg.. Too sweet.
They served in plastic container. It felt like eating ramen from vending machine in japan.
Portion is small for 18$ ramen

Not sure if the one at the mall is same as the one at the restaurant. It was ok. It was seem watery than creamy. Not for $18.

I enjoyed my Shoyu Ramen with black fungus, and it was less oily. GPT rated it 8/10 for healthiness, lol.

The food was just okay. However, there is one issue that clearly needs improvement. As mentioned in other reviews, the person taking orders at the counter was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if it’s a cultural difference or a language barrier, but if this restaurant is not located in Japan, I believe it’s only right to respect the local culture.
Regardless of the type of restaurant, you should always assume that customers may not know everything about your establishment. When a customer asks a question, don’t look at them as if they’re ignorant for not knowing something obvious. It’s extremely rude and unprofessional. If it had been a more sensitive customer, this situation could have escalated into a bigger problem, which is why I’m bringing it up.
You may not care about Google reviews, but if similar reviews keep piling up, it could eventually lead to serious consequences.
Thank you.
