We have been going to Sassafraz for over a decade enjoying every moment until 2 days ago. Service was -3 !!!!!!! We had to ask for everything 2 times or more! Food was slow , bread had to be brought out by kitchen staff as the other waiters and waitresses were not interested in serving! Phones out and so disinterested in the customers! It will be a long time before we as a family return. Awful experience. PS the salt shaker was broken and salt sipilled on my food, no replacement...read full review
