I have been coming to this coffee shop for the past 5 years and I have never seen a higher surcharge for a bagel. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and butter for them to charge me an additional 1.50$ for BUTTER and 1.00 for cream cheese which is standard for cream cheese. The fact that they don't advise you of the extra butter charge and that it is not even on the menu is a rip off. Will not be coming back unfortunately as this is price gaging. The tinest amount of butter she placed on my bagel was absolutely absurd. Businesses should try better.

This is my favorite cafe ever. I mean... they played Train to Nowhere (The Stampeders). Officially in love, and that's before I get to the food. Best muffin I've ever had, everyone is so nice, the vibes are chill/super sick, and overall had a lovely time.

Terrible Customer Service Went in to buy a latte. Two people were working in the kitchen area, while a third was sorting something near the counter near where I was standing. Two of them just looked up at me with indifference and continued their work. No one spoke to me, I stood there for about 5 minutes or longer with no acknowledgement. The woman near the counter could have simply said something like I’ll be right with you. But nothing, I left without a latte and feeling like I went some place where I was seen as a burden.

Wowowowow this is the perfect place for writing / reading / whatever heck else you wanna do in a cafe. If you’re working, it’s got outlets galore, great wifi, and solid espresso.
I’m a big fan of the massive windows, letting the fall light just pour right in :)

Very friendly, chill, and knowledgeable staff, delicious snack/food options, top notch quality coffee, and a very bright modern industrial atmosphere.
Not price gouging despite the amazing attention to quality, they definitely know what they're doing when it comes to coffee.
Lastly, every seating option has numerous accessible outlets making it very device friendly, and due to it being a bit less visible from the street it's not overcrowded.
Will definitely be back!

This hidden café is an absolute gem that deserves to be gate kept! With its cool industrial vibe and genuinely friendly baristas, it’s the kind of place you’ll want to keep all to yourself. They serve up something for everyone - great bites, a solid lineup of both caffeinated and non-caffeinated drinks, and Hale coffee, a local fave known for being smooth, never acidic or burnt.
