A bit noisier than expected- and noise is a general problem. Also they open at noon but took a reservation at 1130. One pasta dish was good another not so much. Cheaper than most in the area. But cappuccino was dear.

Beautiful setting.
I only had their Tiramisu, so my review is solely based on that. Whatever mascarpone cheese they use for it makes the Tiramisu magnificent.

Very rude and swore at me and was deceitful about the price. Save your money and go to eatly or earls , both much better tasting/service than this restaurant.

The updated decor is very nice, the service excellent and wonderful pastas. My favorite, salmone, with smoked salmon and spinach in a rose sauce is delicious.

I was a regular dining in here almost every week before pandemic, then turned into a take out regular during the Covid spreading, totally forgotten how great it was to eat freshly cooked food in the restaurant, until I returned this evening. Not only the meal was still up to its high quality but also they’ve renovated a bit and made the dining room more stylish, love the french toile wallpaper decor and the soft lighting. Service was great as usual, all wonderful even when Eataly is located right upstairs, that did not effect a bit to depreciate an inch of their quality, just a great and must try little place in Manulife

I had never heard of a 'scaccia' before walking by this place but now I'm hooked on these delicious sandwiches.

If you eat here, you might want to check your credit card statement to see if a tip has been added after you paid and left.

I decided to try the meat lasagna for takeout the other night, and I found it to be just mush. The lasagna pasta was not Al dente at all but literally falling apart making the piece one big stew like meal on my plate. No flavour either. Very disappointing since it cost 18$ for the one piece!

Wonderful food made by wonderful people! The scaccia are an absolute must, I tried the scaccia of the day (tuna with peppers and such) and it was amazing. The risotto al pollo was cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. With a glass of wine, what more could you want? Don’t skip out on this place, you won’t regret it!

Vegetarian options: One of the owners is vegetarian, they created an inclusive and scrumptious menu!

This is a somewhat hidden gem of a restaurant. It's tucked into a corner inside the Manulife Centre but well-worth finding if you enjoy Italian food, combined with great service and cozy atmosphere as well as reasonable prices. The food is delicious, well-presented and with very generous portions. Last time I was there I had the risotto with chicken and there was plenty of juicy, white-meat chicken in with the excellent risotto. This is a great restaurant option in the Yonge/Bloor area
