The food was fantastic as well as the wine the only glitch our waitress was not all that good. Every one else at the restaurant was great. Definitely a gem of a restaurant.

Once again, Scaramouche did not disappoint. Everything was superbly handled. The enhanced view was well received by my guests and everyone praised the choice of restaurant. Kudos to the staff and management of my favourite Toronto restaurant. Dan Bowyer

Scaramouche is a lovely place for dining. From the moment we entered the restaurant, we were greeted by friendly and professional staff who made sure we got a great table. The menu is varied and has lots of wonderful choices. The dishes are creatively prepared and delicious and the quality of the food and service are superb. We started with two appetizers - the Terrine of Foie Gras and Japanese Style Smoked Sardines. We enjoyed both. Two people had the Quebec Duck Breast as their main while one other enjoyed the Halibut. For dessert we shared the Ontario Strawberries and the Brown Butter Walnut Tart. All of us loved our choices. Every dish we had was exquisitely prepared and presented. Besides the delicious food, another plus is the staff. They are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated the excellent service we received from Leona. Her friendly and professional manner as well as her excellent suggestions made for an enjoyable dining experience. Thanks to the chefs for creating such wonderful dishes, Scaramouche is one restaurant that never disappoints.

We have a couple of special needs diners and our server couldn't have been more accommodating. He went to great lengths to ensure all of us were happy. He's a gem! But my experience has been that they all are

Visiting for a long weekend from Montreal. We had heard and read so much about this restaurant. The plates on the photos looked wonderful, so we wanted to try it out. However the restaurant did not meet our expectations. Maybe it was a one off. Among the specials in the hors d'oeuvres was the "French ham", but when it arrived at the table it was a few leaves of salad with a few slices of ham (similar to parma ham) and that was it. Anyone could have presented it like that. There were just these two items. The Sicilian Style Lamb Ragu with Cavatelli pasta was good, and the dessert was fine too. The service was rather mediocre. If you are going to decant the wine and then remove it from the guests' table for the meal, you need to be extremely vigilant and not leave the glasses "dry". Our server was not that attentive and when the glasses were empty he came to the table and poured hastily what was left in the decanter. I'm not saying it was bad service, it was just not outstanding and what you would expect in this type of fine dining experience.

Scaramouche delivers on every front. Each plate is beautifully composed and bursting with flavour, and the room’s understated elegance lets the food shine. Service is polished and genuinely warm—staff strike that perfect balance between attentive and unobtrusive. The icing on the cake? Complimentary valet parking right at the entrance, a rare convenience in mid-town. A flawless experience from start to finish.

Had not dined at Scaramouche in years. The food and service did not dissappoint. Food presentation and taste were outstanding, from appetizers to main courses to dessert.

While the menu doesn’t evolve that much, they do not miss, ever. Been there a dozen of times now, each dish perfection.

The pizza at Scaramouche is next-level — elegant, balanced, and full of flavour. You might not expect a fine dining restaurant to serve pizza this good, but they absolutely deliver. The crust is perfectly crisp with just the right amount of chew, and the toppings are fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully paired.

You can taste the quality in every bite — nothing greasy or overdone, just a refined take on a classic dish done with care and skill. Easily one of the best gourmet pizzas in the city.

Whether you're a pizza purist or someone who appreciates a chef-driven twist, Scaramouche will blow you away.

An unforgettable dining experience. Scaramouche is elegance without pretension — the kind of restaurant where everything feels thoughtfully curated, from the service to the setting to the food itself.

The views of the city are stunning, the atmosphere is intimate and calm, and every dish is a work of art. The peppercorn steak is iconic for a reason, and don’t even think about leaving without trying their coconut cream pie — it’s legendary.

Perfect for special occasions or when you just want to treat yourself to fine dining done right. Service is impeccable, timing is perfect, and the experience feels personal and polished from start to finish.

Toronto is lucky to have a place like this.

If I could give zero stars, I would. They don’t have a high chair for kids and they don’t have a changing table in the washroom! Disappointed.

A fine dining restaurant with complementary valet service. I'm surprised there wasn't a chef tasting menu but everything tasted great. The duck I ordered was fantastic even though the presentation seemed average.

This is a great restaurant. The food was very good and well presented. The front of house team were very professional and friendly. We would happily take another 7 hour flight from London to visit this restaurant again.
