Always go for the chili fish, shrimp or tofu, can't say anything about the other proteins.

Look, I never provide any food reviews, but holy, was this something else. In short, this place is embarrassing and you should steer clear from it. The "ginger beef" was digusting. The beef was so badly burnt that it was nearly inedible. Instead of the savory and slightly sweet flavor I was expecting, all I could taste was a chewy, charred bitterness that overwhelmed any hint of ginger.

Food here is not good at all. The crispy ginger beef was hard like a rock and full of batter. So much grease and salt as well for a ridiculous price.

I used to love the food here as it was my favorite Asian fast-food, but no more. The chicken is often dry, and I mean really dry. Like it's been somewhat dehydrated to the point that I abandoned eating it. One large piece tasted like freezer burn. So unfortunate. I used to love their General Tso and Sesame Chicken.

Absolutely the most tasteless poor quality meal I have ever had in a long time. We even tried to take the meal back and the lady refused said they were closed now.

I feel like a lot of the negative reviews come from those not used to ordering quickly at a super busy downtown food court. Yes their service is quick and sometimes one can feel rushed if they aren’t ready, but hey, you’ve got your food in about 5 minutes or less even at lunch time. The general Tao chicken with noodles tastes great. The proportions are fine for my lunch, but it would be nice to get a little more for the price.

The food is okay, nothing spectacular but the customer service is horrible. Why are the workers always in a rush and end up messing up your order? I try to avoid the lunch rush because its the worst time to go there, too overwhelming for me.

Worst food ever... I ordered a spicy noodle soup and it was tasteless... No spices, no salt were used! This place should get a visit from the customer protection service...

The food is not bad but I do find it a bit overpriced compared with other Chinese food places. However the reason why I gave them one star is the service. The ladies working there have an attitude problem. I'm sorry the place only opens for lunch time and maybe 2-3 hours after lunch rush so there's no excuse for them to act so rude. The ones who serve the food are always rushing you and they get angry if you can't do it fast enough. Then the cashiers are always rude and disrespectful. Last time I said that the coke I had was mine and the lady said very loud and angry "YES I KNOW!!!".Finally there's one who is always keeping an eye on me when I'm grabbing condiments like to make sure I don't grab too many. I'm already spending more than $15.00 and they still give you attitude?!.Again food is good but even for fast food place I'm surprised they give you that service.

1st Visit: Had the 2 item meal (upgraded rice to noodles for $1). Had the red curry chicken - great, and the sesame chicken - also great.Would consider returning. But I dislike how they charge an additional fee for the noodles. The layers of fees feels too transactional - like there's no passion in this restaurant, like this food was not made with love. Why would you nickel and dime me another dollar for carbs. I would rather go to the competitors who do not upcharge.
