Never visiting again because of Ariana!
I live a minute away and have always been a regular customer. I recently took four friends, and while we were there to buy ice cream, we got curious about the new Dubai Chocolate flavour. After giving one small sample, Ariana refused any more and spoke in an arrogant manner, as if we weren’t serious customers.
We spent $50 that day and expected better service. Demetres, you can do better. Please train your staff. I won’t be returning.
The girl named Ariana was the worst at customer service because she put a cap for all of us to not taste even though when you come out with new flavours and I have been to multiple locations one at square one mall one at financial district, which is distallry district And all the locations have been really good with service however, Ariana decided that we should not try the flavours because she can do more. We paid over $40 but we couldn’t try the flavours she said we cannot. We are going to pay but we need to decide none of the locations have done this before. Love the ice cream however hate this location because of Ariana. Never visiting here again!

Oh, that apple pie ice cream!! I also sampled the maple pecan and lemon blueberry. Deliciously creamy, and such a delightful place to escape the heat!

The best ice cream in Toronto. While we were visiting this town, our aunt told us about this place, the ice cream was flipping GIANT and the taste was really amazing too!

What a nice place to get ice cream with your friends. Lots of selection of different flavours! Vanilla and mango passion fruit sorbetto highly recommended. 10/10 would come again!
