Fantastic array of flavors. Highly recommend.

This demetres is Newly opened in the distillery district and is huge to accommodate groups of people and also has couple friendly chairs lol

The place has outdoor seatings too with amazing menu like waffles , crepes, shakes and coffee

The scooped by demetres is right next to it if you just want to gather grab ice cream

The single scoop of icecream here is about $11 with taxes but it’s good in quantity

Ice cream here is creamy rich ..nice flavour options if you need more dessert options head to Demetres in the same vicinity in distillery district .

Amazing icecream , and extremely nice icecream scooper lady!!

The ice cream, at least the three flavors that I tried were basically just a sugary syrup and all the flavors seem to try too hard to be interesting. After eating ice cream there, it's definitely not refreshing.

A small note about the service in The distillery, the people are disinterested in serving you at best.

Original flavour, really good, good and thin handmade wafle cone.
The cone might seems big but the scoop is the perfect size to give you ice cream till the last bite 😋

I tried the Cajeta/Goat cheese and Dulce/Banana. Both are really flavourful

We tried the waffle pop-up as part of the distillery Christmas market and this was honestly the best food item we had in the market :)
The waffles were very crispy and just the right level of sweet (with the sauces). The person who made the waffles was great and remembered our specific customizations

Freshly baked cones with high quality ice cream. We tried the hazelnut chocolate and the raspberry cheesecake. We will go back for more flavours. Friendly staff and good size scoop.

We discovered this shop after watching a Canadian Stage show nearby. The staff was very friendly, we picked their recommendations and the flavours tasted great! Highly recommended and will definitely come back.

I got the Supercrema Hazelnut Chocolate, which was good and tasted like I was eating Ferrero Rocher chocolates made into ice cream. My husband got the Midnight Chocolate Sorbetto and appreciated how chocolaty it was despite being dairy free. There were other flavors I was interested in trying but there was a two flavor limit for sampling, or the flavors were unavailable. Nonetheless, the staff was helpful.
