This doesn’t apply to this particular location, but to the whole franchise. I decided to try “flavoured coffee of the day” since I’m a loyalty member and collect points. I was very disappointed. What do you put in that flavored coffee?! The syrup (?) is just rare yuck and no amount of sugar could save it. Please consider removing it from your reward options because it is undrinkable!

The Cappuccino is disgusting
The staff do not prepare fresh espresso for iced drinks. My drink was prepared with old espresso that had been sitting out on the counter.
