The staff do not prepare fresh espresso for iced drinks. My drink was prepared with old espresso that had been sitting out on the counter.
Yesterday around 2 30 pm I ordered 2 hot chocolate and something else the guy working at that time was really nasty as soon as He noticed me at the end He charge me and thrown the money on the counter it that the way to treat your costumers but I can praise the Asian girl who prepared the drinks for been all the opposite and been nice and efficient in her job ( I am not asian ) but my job is costumer service related so this guy better learn how to treat people no matter how the looked and what's their race thank you
