The first time I ordered a hot chocolate and they were out of whipped cream, which was probably just my bad luck. So the second time I ordered a cold drink and asked for MINIMAL ice (because shops tend to still give me a lot of ice when I just ask for less ice). Well here’s what minimal ice looked like; I found out after finishing the drink within 3 minutes. Did they think “minimal” meant “extra”? smh just giving people more ice and skipping out on actual drink
