The ham and cheese sandwich was the worst sandwich I’ve ever ate! Even warmed up, the bread was hard to chew. Please avoid the food!

It shows it’s open and I placed an order. I’ve waited for almost an hour for just a cup of coffee. The employee came in late and asked me to come back after an hour as she didn’t have any coffee atm. A 5 minute task became a 2 hour wait. If you’re closed then please turn off your online order too. It causes a lot of inconvenience to people unnecessarily

Had the most crappy coffee of my life here yesterday. Not worth 7 dollars at all!

Service is ZERO star.
I just bought from this location at St. Michael hospital. The Indian guy he is so unprofessional showing attitude for nothing. He continues scratching his head and face when making Chai latte without gloves. So disappointed. Only small cup of Chai latte is $ 6.27 which is so unhygienic.

Posted hours are inaccurate. It says that it is open until 11:30pm, but I placed at 10:50pm and when I arrived at 10:55pm, the place was already closed and barred. Be careful ordering online, as it still lets you place an order despite being closed.

Convenient spot inside St. Michael’s Hospital — great for staff, visitors, or anyone nearby. Coffee quality is generally good and consistent with the Second Cup brand, and the staff are often friendly and helpful. The café has decent seating and a calm atmosphere for a short break.

That said, prices are a bit high for what you get, and food quality or drink consistency can vary depending on the day. At busy times the seating area can feel cramped, and some items could be fresher.

Overall, it’s a reliable place for a quick coffee or snack when you’re in the hospital area, but not necessarily worth going out of your way for.

July 2025: Unfortunately, this brand is dead. Only get coffee there. I cannot trust anything else there.

Opens late for us doctors. Nostalgic of all the late-night coffee runs I did while on-call.

This is inside St. Michael’s Hospital, and at late evenings there is only one person that takes orders and prepares them. Not for a quick stop, but if you’re visiting someone at the hospital and need a coffee and a bridge to late dinner, you might not have a choice. Coffee is great as every Second Cup, their cookies and muffins are decent and will do the job of keeping you sane until your visit is over.
