I ordered mango smoothie, however, there was no mango, the guy put rather cheap syrup and banana, tasted horrible.
Wasted my money and risking sugar level in body, will Never ever go to the Second cup.
1st order: Cuzco light roast coffee beans (fav light roast) + Freshii coco bites (cocoa bites with coconut flakes), then bar - marshmallow treat rice crispy squares.
2nd order: Batch 49 Medium roast coffee beans (fav medium roast) / Paradiso (2nd fav medium roast - actually nah, it smells bad) + confetti cookie / red velvet cookie / ginger cookie / chocolate chip cookie in that order.
The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The drinks and food are good. The prices are similar to Starbucks. There is plenty of comfortable sitting and the place is very clean
Over $8 for a croissant and a cookie and neither were good. The croissant was undercooked and not flaky. The cookie was hard/stale not fresh/soft. Disappointed.
Canadian food safety issues, as I've been in the food service industry almost a decade, the attendant carried a bread knife from the kitchen across the restaurant while carrying it dangerously and not the correct Canadian food safe way. Which is dangerous.
I also have intolerances and I asked for alternative milk, my drink was made with cows milk which causes an allergic reaction in my body, thankfully it's not fatal.
I suggest monitoring the staff while they make your drink to make sure what you asked for is in the drink.
I also feel $7.95 for a London fog with coconut milk (which I didn't get) is ridiculous, especially for a low end coffee cafe chain.
Maybe that was a large, idk because I was not asked which size I wanted.
I also get targeted by an ethnic group in the gta, that have been harassing me for 10 months now, the same ethnic group was making my drink, so I could put it to that. But honestly any standard which acts unsafely in any environment is not worth our attention.
Good cafe ))
Online currently the hours are listed as open at 6am. HOWEVER, the cafe is only open at 7am. I ubered to the cafe because I wanted to sit and have a coffee to arrive to a closed store.
Great coffee, same classic taste I remember. #2Gstyles
Worse service ever. I asked double espresso shot latte, they changed me for it and made a single, after that was refusing to give me my drink coz they made it wrong and name wasn't matching... This place is a joke. A bad one.
On 28th November '24, I visited here during my trip to Canada, apart from Starbucks and Tim Hortons it was the one which felt good over here. Also the staff was very good and so was the coffee.
Overall I had a good experience over here before visiting the CN Tower.

It's unbelievable that a business thriving on steady customers would refuse such a simple request to warm up coffee or food, especially for those responsible for bringing in over 40 customers daily. The manager’s attitude was as cold as the coffee they refused to heat. It's not just poor service. it's an embarrassing way to treat people who are bringing business to you.

Gave me wrong drink, clearly not paying close attention to customers whilst assisting them.

I did not have a pleasant experience here. My almond date smoothie did not taste right and the pumpkin spice latte was watery. There was not a manager on duty, however, I got my money back and went to a nearby Starsbuck.

The location is very convenient especially when you are a vendor at Metro Toronto Convention. The coffee is good, their smoothies are nice as well.
