Ordered a Vanilla Bean latte and was really looking forward to my expensive coffee order through uber. My cup was barely 3 quarters full and there was no sweetness to be found. They totally forgot to add the syrup flavoring to the coffee. How does this happen? I have tried to contact the store to make them aware but the number listed is disconnected.

Great service here located in 777 Bay building, grab a coffee and breakfast sandwich or muffins, excellent service all the staff are so very friendly our favorite place to stop in when we are in the office. Thank you for your excellent service ? ?.

It's always refreshing to visit 2nd Cup after trying the basic hastily made coffees at the well-known chains.What an excellent selection of beans they offer for home brewing and store brewing.The snacks are also upper crust. Whereas Starbucks gets by selling packs of generic choco snacks and boring pastries, this wnd Cup location offers the same pastries but larger, and ........LEONIDAS chocolate from Belgium which is top tier stuff (See picture)Let me repeat for those in the back who think Starbucks or Dineen or Darkhorse is something good..... 2nd Cup sells top tier Belgian chocolate, not generic choco covered nuts
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vevan snacks here. Plenty
Parking: Well lit, spacious parking lot is adjacent.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly with large sidewalks outside making transit to this location easy.

can’t find a phone number to contact you anywhere; the one on google goes to a brokerage and the one on your website says it’s not assigned. the smoothies are glorified ice water, stick to the coffee.

Coffee and pastries are good. But their furniture really needs an upgrade, or at the very least to be repaired. They seem to have enough business to not be able to justify some new armchairs to replace the very old and abused ones they currently have, which are the same ones since they opened the place 8 or 9 years ago.
