I've been going to the second cup for 20 years. This location is an example of why they are dieing. The customer service is atrocious, the manager is cheap, and the flavored coffee (now downsized to a small free coffeen when you buy a single pound of coffee) tastes like water. The manager has been running the place for 2 years and he couldn't care less about the customer.

Not very friendly. The wrong food item was administered (had nuts). I went to get an exchange and the barista was arguing with me on it being the item I requested…. I Really did not feel like arguing about it.

Jessica was the best! She took our order and had the nicest attitude! I will definitely come back just for this positive interaction. Bathrooms need improvement though the toilet was old and the flush didn’t work properly. 29 October 2024 5:30 p.m.

We just got drinks from right out of Davisville TTC stop. These are the worst coffees I have had. The caramel coffees had no caramel. The rose chai latte was not rose or chai it was just cinnamon flavor 100%.The spicy pieapple was just soda and light pineapple.No spice flavor and had no sugar. We got just a dollop of whipped cream. I have had Moca frap before from the Second cup outside the new new Nobu building and from Union bus terminal and they were so Good. But this was the Worst drinks I have had. The server was bot friendly. If they are tired or overworked maybe because it was one girl running the show.

A nice enough place, but they need more servers. The poor woman I dealt with today served four people, some with labour-intensive requests, before I was able to place my order after 15 minutes in the shop. Please give her help!
