Very poor customer service. The staff member was rude, impatient, and unprofessional, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This experience was far below the standards I expect from Second Cup. Management should address this issue.

The whole team is always friendly and efficient. Coffee drinks are consistent in quality. There is a worker named Sue who has taken the time to remember me and my drink exactly as I like it, which I appreciate so much. It shows how kind and professional she is.

I always get my pumpkin spice latte from starbucks but thought to give second cup a try this time. Absolutely loved it. Also the ladies working here are totally sweethearts - very warm and welcoming.

The young Persian barista at this 2nd Cup always makes delicious coffee and creates a very positive experience with her professional and welcoming attitude. The shop is clean and well-kept, and the location near the subway makes it very convenient.

I had a very bad experience at this location earlier today. I waited in line, and a representative (middle eastern girl with glasses and a tattoo) didn't even acknowledge me as my turn came. This was quite off-putting. She just treated me with a total lack of any regard. The other representative (male East-Asian) with tattoos was actually a lot better. Overall, I am not happy with my experience. As a customer, I am deserving of respect and courteousy.

I have been here many times and always the staff is rude busy talking don’t know what customer is asking. This morning i went to grab coffee and loaf and i asked to redeem the coffee. The girl on the cash was really rude and had bad attitude. I gave her cash $5 for loaf and asked to redeem , she said it’s $8.05. I said i want to redeem again she said you wanna redeem medium???? Like did i even mention you anything about a medium coffee and when I corrected her she made weird faces. What’s the point of working if you can’t give proper customer service.

I was there on Monday, just getting coffee while looking around and I was not sure what to get but there was a Turkish girl, which was a good coincidence seeing someone from my county, she helped me choose a drink which i loved the taste, I like the tiramisu as well, I highly recommend and would come back, love the friendly and clean environment.

Ohk so second cup is my go to coffee shop but today I had one of the very bad coffee . I ordered an mocha frappe it was very watery . So bad I had to throw it . It would’ve been better if I would just order mocha latte.

The guy lie to me about the Matcha ice latte. The coffee always GD.

Reply.... The Guy Stated that It WASN'T SWEET AT ALL. TO CLARIFY THAT ISSUE. U PUT SUGAR IN THE MATCHA POWDER BEFORE SERVING. A Normal Matcha has Bitterness Taste without SUGAR UNLESS ASKED!!! What in the Right Way to Put 1 cup of full milk then put the powder in the milk???

Thank you the Asian girl today, you showed my kid what is the meaning of kindness, and how to be a person to have a warm heart.

My experience with the Mocha Frappuccino at Second Cup was nothing short of frustrating. I went in expecting a refreshing, indulgent treat—something smooth, creamy, and bursting with that signature mocha flavour. Instead, what I got was a bland, watery mess that tasted like it had been thrown together with zero care or attention. It was honestly insulting to call it a frappuccino.

What made it worse was the response when I brought it up. I wasn’t rude—I calmly explained that the drink didn’t taste right and was clearly off. But instead of owning the mistake or offering to fix it, the staff treated me like I was being picky or unreasonable. No apology. Just a dismissive attitude that said, “That's how we usually make it.” as a way explaining that's normal and take it away! After I must repeat the same thing, one of other girl remade by put extra ice and blend, but still worse as hell after all.

That kind of service is unacceptable. If you're charging premium prices, I expect premium quality and, at the very least, respect when I voice a valid complaint. Second Cup, if you want people to keep choosing you over the competition, you need to seriously step up—not just your drinks, but your attitude.
