I have been a customer since 2014 and I only have positive feedback for the 145 King St W location in downtown Toronto.
The coffee that Grace and her staff make is consistently great and flavourful. This is my absolute favorite location because of the consistency in how they make their coffee. Oh and their great customer service!

Definitely give her zero if I could that front lady she is horrible has no manners I Dnt know why they don’t just fire her I just went there for sugar she asked me series of questions and I just left without any sugar.. the way she reacted is like that sugar is for billion dollars .. she is rude arrogant grumpy lady .. would never go there just because of that lady .. spoil my day .. very bad customer service.. all the negative reviews are just coz of that lady if the owner is reading this review plz fire her or teach her how to treat customers.

The worst customer service I've received from a coffee shop. The server made a face when I asked her to use my points and the eggnog latte was the worst coffee I've had. Stale and so bitter, had to throw it.

This Second Cup is close to St. Andrew's subway and is located in The Path. Second Cup is Canadian and has a rewards program. It's 2nd to none!

Unfriendly staff. They do not appreciate the customer they act you are inconvenience. I will not return or recommend this location
Quick snappy and clean service. The sides aren't too bad either.
I still prefer a specialty coffee shop. This coffee was alright in a Tim Horton's way but Not great. I drank it but didn't love it.
